her thinness seems to be natural for her. She looks chic and modern here –fantastic dress and shoes, minimal accessories, the loose hair. Megan Fox could learn something about not trying too hard from this, though maybe she aims to appeal to a different audience (ie. teenage boys).
This is the best she has ever looked–she has gained a few pounds.

Looks about the same weight but MUCH better like this. She looked so old in the striped shirt photos and the photos of her with that red lipstick on a few weeks back was even worst. This look suits her much better.
Shes gorgeous of course but the dress reminds me of Vana White from wheel of fortune. It kinda looks like a baby bump, the rest of her is pretty skinny.

oh sienna, that dress is not right for your stomach. i defiantly think she was unhealthy (drugs, starvation) in getting super-skinny. before she lost crazy amounts of weight, she had a very defined waist. Now, her mid-section is thick & bloated. could be some other reason, but it happened to me when i had eating problems.

Despite the fact that I don’t know why she’s still famous, her hair looks beautiful and compared to other female celebs who try too hard (ahem…Megan Fox), Miller looks fresh and very pretty.

That dress is to die for. Gorgeous colour and fit, fairly similar to the Jennifer Connelly dress that she wore to the ‘Hes just not that into you’ premiere. What a god awful movie, ewwww.

Sienna looks gorgeous in this color (kind of dark teal/green mix?)dress. Love the 2nd pic of her. I don’t have a great deal of respect for her due to her “moral” antics (issues). However, here in these pics & with her blonde hair (cascading) down, etc.; I think she looks great. I think that maybe the dress is giving the illusion that she is heavier than she probably actually is. (Camera adds 10 lbs, right?) This is the best I’ve seen her look in the past several posts. She does seem to have some weight fluctuations though?! Whatever !!! She is another gal who gains or loses for movie parts which she is playing. Think that has to be very, very DIFFICULT on her body. As she gets older,it’s definitely going to be harder to keep bouncing back & forth to getting her usual more thinner look/weight back. The body loses its elasticity (IMO). Naturally, she undoubtedly has her own personal trainers, she also goes (independently) for gym workouts, has a personal chef with exact portion controls of the foods to lose weight quickly, etc.
She looks amazing. The “gain” isn’t noticeable. She should stay where she is and embrace her figure. Gorgeous.

She is only 5′3/5′4 max so probably only weighs 105. There are photo’s of her with Kelly Osbourne at last year’s Coachella festival and she looks to be only two inches taller.

I think it is just a very unflattering dress. She normally looks good in just about everything, just not this.
She looks great — super slim yet not scary skinny, and the dress works perfectly for her.
Gorgeous face and body. Her weight fluctuations must be dangerous. And yes i agree with whoever said about the bloating when u eat after starving and being anorexic, cant be avoided. My social worker said it is normal and could take a couple weeks for the body to get used to food and going regularly before bloating goes away. Healthy meal plan and within 6 months of that u usually go to your body’s natural set weight and less fluctuations. she said 5 pounds difference every now and then is normal in most women due to our periods, and hormones.
