OMG! there’s nothing left to say… it’s really sad. She needs help and good people around her who really care.

L, this is not a good or healthy weight for her. She’s obviously not eating a decent amount of food for her body to have got this thin.

i have always been a fan of courtney and her music but she looks dreadful here, especially in the 2nd picture (she looks alright in the 3rd though).

If she were dressed differently, had a better haircut and had a tan half the people commenting would say she looks fabulous. I love Courtney, always have, not sure why. I do think she’s too thin here, but no thinner than some of the other celebrities that everyone thinks looks great.

Honestly, it’s hard to tell. She’s ghostly pale, which looks so weird in and of it’s self it’s hard to get past that. Her shoulders are hunched up – is she cold? Her arms do look wasted to me. She is one odd chickie-poo for sure.

Btw: I heard a rumor that she forced some surgeon to do a GBP on her even though she didn’t at all meet the criterias… can that really be true?
i hate to pick on courtney because i really like her, but she looks like a walking corpse. this is beyond skinny. this is sick.
i think it’s mostly the dreadful outfit and grayish skin combined with that scare crow hair that makes her look this bad. i mean she’s skinny, but so are many others, and she seems to have some muscle (don’t get me wrong, i still voted for YES) this is actually a bit different courtney; she seems like some bag-lady, where as normally when i’ve seen pics from her she’s more like a trashy stripper on drugs.
Makes me wonder, if Rian posted a photo of an *actual skeleton* here, would there still be someone who says no she looks fine, I’d die for those legs?

I am not sure why some people this as anything to do with body image or a low-cal diet regime. Addicts eat drugs. Her daughter has much bigger things to worry about than her weight.

When she first started losing weight she looked really good. That was like 2 years ago. I commend her for keeping to it but she looks like the walking dead. And I agree with the other poster that if she were tan and in a better outfit more people would be changing their tune, myself as one.
OMG! She looks like the walking dead! How can you even ask the question of whether or not she looks too thin/unhealthy in these photos…of course she does! I am shocked about the 6% of you who think she looks healthy…those people must have eating disorders. Looking extremely thin, bony, tired, and pale does not equal healthy-looking in my book. I hope she gets help for whatever is ailing her (whether it be drug addiction or an eating disorder).
It appears that she tried to work out and decided that starving was an easier way to be thin.

The woman on the street looks like she is scared of Courtney.100% drug addict.
It’s not just her weight–but her whole appearance that’s worrisome.
And for those questioning whether she thinks she looks good–my guess is that when in such extreme states, (whether ED, drugs, mental illness, etc)–that looking good for others is probably the last thought consuming one’s mind.
Actually I think if somebody else had this body who is not doing drugs as she is this body could look great.
Its bad to say, but if another celeb had this body, a tan and better styling, lots of people on here would probably thing they had a great body!!!

she looks really tense and uncomfortable in her body, so i doubt that this is natural for her.. her shoulders are all tensed up and her spine/arms look kind of crooked
