Joan Jett has an edgy, sexy, sometimes androgynous persona, Kirsten just doesn't have that and can't fake it. She's "edgy" in a tweeny way, doesn't really have any sex appeal, and certainly isn't androgynous. At all. Joan Jett always seemed a little butch to me, which is kinda hot, Kirsten is a girly-girl. meh. just meh.
