Mischa is sick! It’s called drug addiction. That’s one serious case of meth/heroin mouth. Good thing she can afford to get veneers.
WOW. It’s hard to believe that I used to be so jealous of her when she was on The O.C. Her face does look really different, and her teeth look really neglected. I hope that whatever is going on with her gets resolved soon. She used to be so fresh and vibrant.

I’m very sorry to say that I think her teeth look boulimic, they’re yellow-ish and look unhealthy since her recent weight loss. I don’t think she did it the healthy way.
One good thing…I do like her dress in these pics…but, RIAN, I agree that as she loses weight, her facial features are deteriorating (sp??). However, she does seem to have a puffy face and her teeth are discolored. That could be from either drugs and/or the coffee/cigarette diet. She just seems to go downhill every time we see her (except this time)…I do like the dress…it’s better than that outfit she had in the previous post.

I’ve always found Mischa beautiful,even if she has lousy dress sense but something besides that is definitely off here. It does look like she’s high on something or another. Her make up is and has been way too exaggerated for a while, it’s not like she needs to to look good. Her teeth do look strange. I hope that she can get her health in check before she really spins far too out of control. What a shame. She has lovely bone structure, still. I hope she’ll wake up and save herself.

not any more. She once mad a new year’s resolution when she was 105 that she would try to quit smoking and gain some weight. She probably got up to 125 or 130 a couple years later in her thunder thigh era, but I would bet 115 to 120—her odd knees make her look heavier.
Are we ever gonna see a picture of her where she isn’t completely out of it (intoxicated)?

@ Pen – yeah they look SOOO alike, it’s uncanny! I could almost mistake them for one another, only now Jessica Tovey is so much prettier and more youthful-looking than Mischa. It’s really quite sad, I used to think Mischa was the most beautiful girl I’d ever seen.

Honestly I don’t know why y’all think she’s on drugs. Sure she’s been out partying a bit lately but she’s prob just tired or maybe it’s the eye makeup. I’m a bulimic, smoker and I drink coffee every single day and BELIEVE me, there’s no WAY that Mischa’s teeth could become so bad in such a short time just by smoking alot and drink alot of coffee and yeah, suffering from bulimia like some of you are saying. Not that long ago her teeth were fine… this must be because of drug use…

She does not look healthy. Her eyes are sunken in. I know she smokes weed but weed does not do that to you…meth, coke, and heroin are the most likely to do that sort of damage.
On another note, her hairstyle is NOT flattering for her face shape at ALL.

It’s not diet and exercise that have changed her features. It’s drugs. She has the classic “meth head” look, and it ain’t pretty. I give her 3 months before her teeth start falling out, if they haven’t already.
She has a job, playing a model in a series produced by Ashton Kutcher. She was too skinny when she got back from India and france, and they asked her to gain back some weight for the role..
