Despite the fact that she’s wearing a horribly unflattering outfit, I do think she’s gained a few lbs. She yo-yos SO much. I wish she would just find a healthy, comfortable weight and maintain it.

I just recently started watching the OC again. I miss the way she use to look. She use to be so pretty and thin! What happened!?!? My bf commented that she looked anorexic on the show lol. I thought she looked gorgeous!
But now, not so much. She really let herself go all over! I want the old Mischa back lol.
I like the pants–I think she is very on top of what’s in style and adds her edge to it, unlike some others that just play it safe. she has a unique identity and doesn’t try to “fit in” with the others, which i admire. As for her weight, she looks great. I think the pants mask her true skinny physique.

I’m not sure either, but she does have a way of choosing the most figure unflattering outfits for her pear shape.
The outfit is definitely adding to the effect of weight gain, but I have to say, she does not look as frail at the moment.

What do you want her to do–get chubby again like a year ago, get too skinny again like January, or stay about the same as she has for 2 or 3 months now?

Well at least she appears happier. Her upper body doesn’t look bad with the gain though. Its her lower half that is rough.

It makes me sad to see her these days. I used to envy her so much back on the OC, but there’s nowhere to go when you can’t act and your weight yo-yos every week.

I can not believe some people are calling her chunky…she is definately super thin. The pants may give some added bulk, but she is in NO way chunky.

I don’t know who she is, but she looks friendly, cute and at normal weight. I think that girl has a very beautiful face. I find the outfit a bit weird (but I do think that of a lot of celebrities). The shoes however look horrible, really peep toe granny shoes.

I’m not sure why everyone likes her, she’s kinda boring and not at all attractive — especially here, where she’s got the worst possible outfit on for her figure. It’s hard to tell, but she still seems pretty slim to me.
I have to wonder what she’s thinking sometimes. Back in the O.C she seemed to be naturally thin, wore normal clothes, and kept her hair simple and cute. Now she goes from being way too thin to pretty chunky, wears strange outfits and changes her hair all the time. If I were her, I’d start eating healthy and consistently, working out a bit, and dressing…normal. But I’m not.
It’s hard to tell if she’s gained or not. But what’s the point in debating it? She’s going to gain a ton, then lose it again, then gain it again….I miss Marissa.

she was really thin in OC but idk if it was any more natural than if she now went down that road again. people sometimes use the term “natural body weight” too losely. just if you’ve been a bit round or very skinny in your youth doesn’t mean it would be any more natural to you than the rest of us. maybe she just was used to eating very little back then, plus she had propably still been growing not too long ago from OC. and the style.. well she was DRESSED in that show, not herself. i think she looked like such a teen (pissis you might say in finnish) she looks fine here

She’s definitely gained, but I think it looks good on her. This is a good thing, since as she ages and her metabolism slows, she is only going to get bigger, since I think it’s clear she’s not naturally thin. These new pounds do wonders for her hips and breats, and I envy that she doesn’t seem to gain on her waist. SHe will probably be a chubby 30-something, but as long as it doesnt get our of hand, she should look good!

I find it really funny how everybody used to love her and her looks during OC but now there´s just negative and cruel comments. I don´t get “what happened to her”-comments! She´s older, she´s wearing what she wants, not what Marissa wants. We all change. I actually like her more now than when the show was going on, I´m starting to like her face. Must say though, she´s not looking her best here, but I definetely like the outfit!
