Amy obviously has more than her fair share of issues to be contending with and you dis her for not releasing a single? Do you even live in the real world?!
I wish Amy all the best as she scratches her way back to some kind of normality. Hopefully, peace within herself. Its not an easy journey and it is advised to gain 1-3 lbs per week, just like those who need to lose. It all goes straight to your stomach, then re-distributes.
