personally, i don’t find the fact that she suffered from anorexia, bounced back and gained weight, then lost it again until she found a good weight, particularly boring. i think it’s pretty good, actually, that she still managed to make it as a successful actress despite all that.
and that’s more impressive than what a certain kardashian has achieved in her life.
She carries her weight in her legs and arms.
I really like her, think she’s cute. Weirdly chunky arms though compared to her body…
She does carry her weight in her limbs, not a great quality. I see it in the chin/neck region also in the second picture – she should be careful because thats a very bad look!

lol, thats funny sama, i would have thought you were being ironic. Every actress under the sun went through an “my eating disorder hell” phase that was always in the past and aways never ever affects them anymore *cough* and was totally deep and tortured, nothing at all to do with wanting to further a vain and shallow career *cough*.

She looks about the same size as she usually is lately, IMO…but she looks worn down here, not as cute as usual.

Nice petie stomach, hips and waist. Appears slightly bigger on the bottom because of how short she is, but you can tell she is just generally tiny. I like her

I love Christina Ricci, always have. I think she looks great! Her arms aren’t twigs, but they’re not flabby and neither are her legs. The girl is, like, 5′nothin’ give her a break. It’s nearly impossible to look slim and lean when you’re that short (unless you starve yourself or do nothing but exercise.) I think the fact that she’s found a healthy attractive weight is VERY admirable in this day and age, especially as a successful actress.
i love her…but her arms look kinda flabby in these pics and i never noticed that before? the rest of her doesn’t look like she gained tho so i dunno
i don’t think she intended to be a ‘role model’ or whatever.
she seems to just want to get on with her life and be happy.

being short myself i know how hard it is to look good at such a height because you just end up looking chunky or whatever but she seems to pull it off with a (what seems to be) healthy lifestyle.

Can’t think of anything to say
I don’t agree that being short automatically makes it harder to avoid looking chunky/fat. What about bone structure and metabolism? Aren’t thick bones and slow metabolism evenly distributed among all heights? I am a short, slim Asian woman, and leaner than most of my average sized female friends. I’ve seen Ricci in person (in NY filming that bad Woody Allen film she was in) and she is slightly big-boned. If she looks chunky, this is probably why.

LOVE HER BODY! she has the smallest waist and banging hip and leg action. She went through a skinny phase which looked really odd on her. I thinks he looks great.

She looks about the same here as she did last fall. She filmed a movie where I work and I can confirm that she is a VERY small person. And her fiance (or ex-fiance, whatever) is a big guy, but not as big as everyone makes him out to be. He just looks gargantuan standing next to her!

Just because of her stature, she isn’t limited to being heavy and chunky. She can do some pilates or yoga to achieve that lean look on petite actresses(e.g. Susan Lucci, Becky Newton, Nathalie Portman).

She must be totaly addicted to diet coke. I think it has made me gain weight after drinking for a long time. Now I am totaly off of it and feel so much healthier and thinner.

They are all examples of small framed females. Not every short person has the body type to get that particuar look. And no pilates and yoga cannot somehow elongate your muscles, that’s a myth.
She looks good, I bet she looks way smaller in person. She seems to be at a very normal weight, yet she is been critised. What’s with that?

It’s really strange to me that her arms still remain somewhat big. ( I guess it could be the photo’s as well.) But needless to say, she’s so skinny, no visable love handles etc. in swimsuits, yet has such thick arms. I still love her though, she’s obviously very talented.

She has the Hilary Duff body, can be very slim with a very small waist when thin with thicker arms. Kind of like Hayden Panattiere or however you spell her name. I have the same unfortunate body type.
