I think she probably eats a lot–she talks about it, actually samples a lot of food on the show–I don’t think she denies herself too much pleasure–if she has been eating 2500 calories a day, and burning 2400 with her exercise regime and other things she does—she could have added ten pounds in the last year—which would explain the shapely, muscular legs. She really looks good.
I am im love with her shoes and her shape, i think she is really fit and for a mom that is great because she has such a demanding lifestyle.

Kelly looks really cute here. Her legs look more toned (not too thin & twig-like). She looks like she has added some muscle in her legs & just overall which means she probably has gained a couple of lbs….IN A GOOD, POSITIVE WAY. Maybe she has relaxed the obssessive exercising just a “bit”?? However, she has been on vacation for the past 2 weeks (from the Live Show) so perhaps she put on a couple of lbs while vacationing ???

she still looks classy. definitely better than some starlets who wear short stuff.

In no way does this dress make her look like she’s “desperately clinging” to her youth. She’s a short woman, so the shorter skirt makes her appear longer–and she has the legs to wear it.
kelly’s so thin and short that she can pull off that short dress, it’s when your a bit curvier that that kind of dress might look too sexy and therefor tasteless to be worn in daylight w/ your family. petite women can wear quite revealing outfits without looking like “what was she thinking”. I like that it’s silky and a bit layered, it softens her look a lot. I do admire her muscular body especially now that it doesn’t look too thin to me, but there’s no reason to be highlighting the more masculin features. She looks very fresh here!
kelly looks nice and proportioned, she has a beautiful family. hot certainly wasn’t the first thing that came to my mind when i saw her little boy! he’s really cute and adorable, but really, i don’t see kids in a way that would make me think of future hottie/sexy… a tad weird IMO… but he’ll be a looker i think, so i get it.

Maybe she went on vacation & eased up on the excessive (over) exercising and/or eating a bit more?? She seems like she is “rigid” in her eating habits. She acts like she is always “tasting” things on the TV show…she barely takes a ‘mini-bite’ of anything.

The Michael Jackson post yesterday was a bit of a revealation to me. That poor man was so self-concious he went through countless surgeries due to fear of other people’s perceptions about his appearence. And in the end all we remembered him for was his amazing music.
This brought home for me what a pointless site this is. Judge people on what they achieve not how much they work out. One day we’ll all be old and grey, and our achievements will be all that remain.

Just making a rough guess. My point was—unlike a lot of skinny celebrities, I don’t think she stays
that way by starving herself. Her metabolism is probably high—and she exercises a lot. If, in the last year, she ate 2500, and burned 2500 per day, she would weigh the same as she did a year ago. A 100 calorie a day difference (on average, obviously not every day), would give her an extra 3500 calories every 35 days—which is what it takes to gain 1 pound. Most of us thought she gained a few—really good pounds—maybe it is more like 5 than 10—She will probably brag about how much she ate on vacation, but I think she has gradually, and healthily becoming slightly less thin.
Ok. This chic usually grosses me out (thank god her bony chest isn’t showing). However, she is rockin’ the outfit~

Those bikini photos we saw of her are identical to me of an ironman triathlete in prime racing form (not a look even THEY attempt to maintain in the off season). Not the fit healthy body of a career mom. I know the hours of working out and the amount of calorie deprivation that look costs – I guess if it’s that important to her, and she can balance her family and career, kudos to her. But it concerns me. It bespeaks of fanaticism above and beyond a simple desire to eat right and be healthy.
Er.. ironman triathletes don’t have sticking out chest bones..
Sorry, I’m in the minority. I think she looks bad — scrawny, too-lean body, and the dreaded raisin face. This woman would look worlds better if she gained a couple of dress sizes. JMHO.

Erica – actually I wouldn’t know, since they don’t wear triangle bikinis to race in. They cover up pretty well. Most of them lose just about all of their breast tissue, and certainly you can see all of the bones in their knees and the outline of every muscle (in some of the leaner ones). I’m betting that Kelly is a healthy enough weight with all the muscle she has, but she needs to relax a bit and let herself soften into a more feminine shape IMHO.
The boy is a perfect blend of his parents. The entire family is, literally, too cute.
