According to reports, his ex is refusing to give him a divorce, which has been going on for over a year. If separated, the man is free to date. Having just gone through a divorce and the mandatory 1 year waiting period in NC, I find it absurd that someone else would take it upon themselves to judge me and tell me when to date. Many contested divorces take 2 years or more -- do we really expect people not to date during that time? We'll never know if Sienna started seeing him before or after the separation, but it's really none of our business. I myself try not to throw stones from my glass house! Balthazar is seprated.
