He actually doesn’t look bad for his age – he is 69!

I don’t think we should cut him slack just because he’s old. My grandpa’s 70 and he’s in way better shape than that, definitely no stomach pooch (it’s not genetics, he works out). We have this messed up idea that you have to let yourself go, but you don’t!

I know people that are elderly and above 60 who have amazing bodies because they WORK at it. Just because you grow old doesn’t mean you have to have an ugly unhealthy body. People just get lazy. Age is just a number
I like Al and respect him as an actor, but I am going to treat him fairly, just as we would any woman actress we saw on the beach who was LETTING HERSELF GO TO POT! My father is 6 years older than this man and he is fit, trim, and carries himself well. Al needs to start a diet and exercise program.

Totally agree with Betty. I run a lot of local road races, and I see tons of people in the 60+ age group that are in much better shape than he is. You don’t need to let yourself go – he could be a bit more toned. But it’s so much easier to get away with it if you’re a man.
He looks great. Val Kilmer is looking a lot worse and he’s 30 years younger. It’s funny though, he’s not very preocupied with his body but he dyes his hair. Probably thinks it’s his mantra.

On the other hand “nobody, and I mean nobody” looks better than Clint Eastwood and he’s 79!
I think the only messed up idea is that he should have a six pack Betty. He´s 69 and is in GOOD shape, he simply has no need to look hot cause unlike other, he has TALENT. Wish there was more of him and less of useless “hotties” out there

Hmm, I guess some people enjoy being older by spending countless hours in a gym trying to look better than others their age, and some people enjoy being older by relaxing and enjoying being older. I know which group I’d rather be in.
