    she still looks good.

  2. Kati | 29/07/09

She is so pretty…GORGEOUS..really gorgeous woman!

  3. jo | 29/07/09

i’m the first! haha. anyway i doubt this cookie diet works but i do love her shoulders though. not digging her shoes.

  4. heather | 29/07/09

She always stays the same weight, always thin and pretty.

  5. ElizabethJ | 29/07/09

Legs look very fit like she has been working out. I hope she isn’t planning on doing any dumb @ss cookie diet. I actually like her better with the dark hair though.

  6. mars in velvet | 29/07/09

I hate this woman. She always manages to look somewhat pretentious. I hope she chokes on a stupid cookie.

on a side note, her body looks very good.

  7. aaa | 29/07/09

shes already a twig, she doesnt need to go on a cookie diet!

  8. Beth | 29/07/09

There’s an actual Cookie Diet store? Ridiculous. People will pay anything for peace of mind.

  9. Cossey | 29/07/09

May I suggest a different diet for her??

  10. Epiphany | 29/07/09

I just went on the cookie diet site; it looks like the diet will work because it’s major calorie restriction. Each cookie is 90 calories and if you eat 6 of those a day, that’s 540 calories, plus a regular meal that’s supposed to be less than 1000 calories when added to the 540. If you eat less than 1000 calories a day, you’ll lose weight for sure … but that’s a bit pricey when you could jsut do your own calorie restriction at home, no?

  11. zara | 29/07/09

I actually felt sympathy for her after watching her on Dancing with the Stars. She seems to lack a lot of confidence and strength. Obviously someone who gets by on her looks and hopes people treat her kindly for it. Kinda sad. But, I love any lady who can rock thick eyebrows; an underrated look IMO!

  12. Duchess | 29/07/09

Her hair has a life of its own.
She’s pretty, but always reminds me of a bitchy cheerleader type.

  13. GS | 29/07/09

    Maybe she likes the cookies…

And sorry if I sound a little judgemental but that has to be the most stupid diet ever… six cookies around the day and a “well balanced meal at night”??… sorry but if I spent my day on six cookies, not only am I gonna be super starved by dinner, but I´m not gonna eat that balanced… those celebrities will do anything, to keep they´re shape won´t they… even if it is stupid and unhealthy like this BS.

  14. italiangirl | 29/07/09

omg, how many stupid ignorant people….

  15. Monica | 29/07/09

When I lost weight I ate 1200 a day, it’s the absolute minimum for women trying to lose weight. Now, she doesn’t look like she needs to lose weight at all and if she’s only eating the 1200 a day then she’s just going to slow her metabolism down. She looks great, and eating crappy processed cookies for 3/4 of the day is not good for your body. I could only do it for a day or two during pms then I would CRAVE real food :3 Hope she snaps out of this haha

  16. sweetnsour | 29/07/09

Epiphany, you are exactly right. All this is is another diet gimmick. In reality, you could eat a Krispy Kreme glazed donut for breakfast (200 cal), one for lunch (200 cal), then a nice dinner of chicken and veggies (500-600 cal)….and lose weight.

    Woot!! The Krispy Kreme diet!

    Ridiculous.

  17. Mel | 29/07/09

She actually looks good for once!

I highly doubt that diet works. It’s all carbs! And the celebs Rian named that allegedly were on it, all are fat! lol.

  18. Monica | 29/07/09

Ew I read the paragraph on the website it says the only way to burn fat is to consume less calories. Is this guy a moron? Exercise AND a healthy diet is how you burn fat. Starvation is how you burn muscle… I think he’s confused/greedy for self-loathing rich peoples’ money.

  19. Rian | 29/07/09

Honestly, I’d personally never go on this diet. The cookies probably have tons of additives and artificial flavors so that they’ll taste good. No thanks!

  20. Size 2 | 29/07/09

She’s lovely, but that diet is just dumb.

I hear she’s dating Bradley Cooper (yum).

  21. Molly | 29/07/09

HAHAHA shut up! a COOKIE DIET? seems like the stupidest thing EEEEVVERRR.

  22. Molly | 29/07/09

bells, whistles, and alarms should be sounding in her head telling her NO. also, wouldn’t you think…hmmm there must be something wrong with this little plan?

  23. step girl | 29/07/09

SWEETNSOUR – love it! That was so funny, Krispy Kreme diet. LOL. It’s a personal thing, but I’ve never found Denise to be attractive, facewise. She’s got a great body and amazing hair, though.

  24. Gisele | 29/07/09

Yeah – this diet doesn’t sound healthy at all. It concerns me that a woman already that thin thinks she needs to lose weight. Hopefully those cookies have a good amount of vitamins and other nutrients!

  25. Ditte | 29/07/09

Come oooon, The Cookie Diet???? Sounds silly. Also the celebrities mentioned are not actually the skinniest ones…sorry to say that.

  26. Pink Cashmere | 29/07/09

Okay, do the cookie diet people supply a special milk to go with those cookies?
I can’t imagine (or stomach) drinking plain old water with cookies. What a dumb idea.

  27. Claire | 29/07/09

How sad is that, 6 biscuits and 1 meal a day? I feel sorry for anyone that desperate to lose weight that they would buy in to such an unhealthy diet.

I wonder how much these people get paid for promoting it?

How gutted would you feel if your agent calls and the only option on the cards is the ‘Biscuit Diet’ almost as sad as having a milkshake named after you.

It sounds like a Joey gig, some celebs have no shame and/or career prospects.

  28. Claire | 29/07/09

    @sweetnsour, LOL.

  29. Zuwee | 29/07/09

Those extensions are crazy! Haha but I’m not hating, she looks pretty good. Her face hasn’t aged as well as I thought it would though =(

  30. spanktacular | 29/07/09

I find the cookie diet ridiculous. Diets these days seem to be more about finding creative ways to still eat crap than they are about changing the way peoples perception and relationship with food. I’m all for the occassional treat and pleasure eating but come on! A well balanced meal in the form of a cookie is going too far in my opinion. Whatever happen to eating more whole, foods and less of the processed stuff.

Anywho – Denise looks good weight wise these days. She seems to be maintaining her weight loss well

  31. annabells | 29/07/09

She always looks so pretty. great body for her age too. Does anyone know if her hair is real or is it extensions?

  32. whocares | 29/07/09

Um, WHY is this woman on a diet??

  33. hc | 29/07/09

Maybe she just likes the friggin’ cookies.

  34. Robin | 29/07/09

Well, non of the celebs who use the diet (as said in this text) are very skinny. I’m pretty sure if your looking for a diet to eat cookies all day, that’s why you feel you need a diet to begin with. They would probably be better off learning about nutrition and putting aside the time to cook a healthy meal or two every day and exercise a few times a week.

  35. shaun | 29/07/09

hahahah reading this article, plus people comment made me laugh out load….how some people will fall for anything to loose weight….here’s a diet that works, be active and eat right

  36. Lola | 29/07/09

she looks like a dog face

  37. natalie | 29/07/09

i highly doubt it. maybe she just likes the cookies? i don’t think she diets, she’s naturally thin (according to her at least, but her dad is too so i think its true)

  38. Miss Jessie | 29/07/09

    The Cookie Diet suits her

    gimme that bag!

  39. snowdrop | 29/07/09

her extensions look weird. i believe she is a very clever woman(except the cookie diet thing), always pretending to be innocent, but already knowing what to do to get what she wants.

  40. Hannah | 29/07/09

she should cut her hair, it looks silly on someone of her age, and it has no style or shape to it

  41. Dana | 29/07/09

the cookie diet is completely ridiculous. yes you could lose weight but cookies are not really nutritious enough to account for 2/3rds of your meals for a day!

  42. glow | 29/07/09

Pretty, but time for a haircut.

  43. Kianna | 29/07/09

I had heard of this cookie diet over a year and a half ago. It’s not a brand new thing. Think it is stupid…a person could lose weight eating healthfully and exercise and probably lose more weight and be more toned …cookie diet sounds boring! The diets that Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, Jessica ALba and other 1st time moms went on to lose the baby weight sound like a good diet…even when a person is not trying to lose baby weight. It’s all about the right % of proteins, carbs (veggies & fruits); and salads and steamed or grilled fish or chicken.

  44. Georgaina | 29/07/09

I’d feel sooooo deprived only being able to eat cookies all day :s Diet psychology is a pretty funny thing – I see where they’re coming from with this one but as another comment mentioned, would it not be cheaper, as well as more interesting and nutritious to just count calories and have a variety of foods? Maybe i’ve just got too much time on my hands.

I like her face. She’s one of those women who always gives off the thin bitch vibe even when she’s chubby.

  45. anon | 29/07/09

Did she fire her hairdresser and do her own color out of a box? It looks terrible.

  46. B | 29/07/09

Cookie diet? Bahahah. I think she looks good, though.

  47. kt | 29/07/09

yep you can eat 3 Mars Bars a day & loose weight- let’s call it the Mars Bar diet…..

  48. Sallyanne | 29/07/09

Why is she trying to lose weight???
Oh this cookie diet is bonkerz, i mean it teaches us nothing about nutrition and unless u live on the cookie diet forever you’ll just gain the weight back….not to mention lack of essential nutrients

  49. MMH | 29/07/09

The ‘Cookie Diet,’ what a joke!! Yah, maybe you’ll lose weight, but you won’t learn how to eat healthy; thus gain all the weight back. Exercise and eating right is the best way. :)

  50. deej | 29/07/09

    HA. i love hollywood..

  51. O | 29/07/09

Wow…idea everyone. Lets spend a ridiculous amount of money on same nasty tasting “cookies” with 100 calories or whatever and eat 6 of them a day. The pounds will just melt away!
No wonder the diet industry makes so much money. Because people actually feed into this CRAP. Then they go off the “cookie diet” or atkins or the HOT DIET of the minute and binge because its a self-fulfilling prophecy. And, well, onto the next one…cha ching.
We are a very savvy society, no?
And Denise, well, her hair kinda matches her dress….and is a few shades away from her skin tone as well :)

  52. BB | 29/07/09

How is this appropriate when she has two daughters at home?

  53. maddison | 29/07/09

I don’t think this cookie scam is as bad as that spicy-lemonade-juicing-thing Beyonce was on.

  54. Persephone | 29/07/09

sweetandsour you should market the Krispy Kreme diet but change the name so you don’t get sued.

Other than the horrible extensions Denise looks the same as always.

  55. Mickey von Dutch | 29/07/09

Aside from the Little Mermaid hair she looks great. I don’t see any reason for further weight loss, but given everyone else’s insight on dieting I’m totally out of my depth here.

  56. T.D.P | 29/07/09

@ Snowdrop….I was thinking the same thing about her hair….it looks off, especially in the second picture

  57. Prettisya | 29/07/09

stupid diet but she is beauty!!!!!

  58. retrobanana | 30/07/09

    well i love denise lol!!

i guess im in the minority i loved her on her reality show i loved her from wild things i just love DENISE!!

shes gorg!!!! shes in great shape has beautiful daighters and is an awesome mom. i think she is the ultimate blonde bombshell.

and greeny i looove you…. but i have to say i love her bag and hair sooooooo much. dress is just blahh.

  59. Chantalle | 30/07/09

I think she got good money to go to the store and eat a cookie… Undercover spokesperson

  60. Rebecca | 30/07/09

i’m not a fan at all (she seems so phony on her reality show…the voiceovers are especially horrible. and on dancing with the stars she wasn’t too likeable either), BUT i think she is gorgeous and looks even better than when she first came on the hollywood scene when she was like, what, 18?

  61. Obsessive Compulsive | 30/07/09

Her face looks very harsh and in the second picture, her thighs look squishy. As for the cookie diet, it’s very American, no? I can’t think of any other culture that would invent and then profit from such a stupid diet. By the way, you can still lose weight and eat cookies — just ensure that you burn more calories than you consume. Simple.

  62. Hullu | 30/07/09

    The weirdest diet ever..

  63. a | 30/07/09

WOW, 6 COOKIES A DAY AND THEN A MEAL AT NIGHT?
THAT’S CALLED HAVING AN EATING DISORDER.
Honestly, I eat 6 cookies in one sitting. Jeeeez, no wonder it’s a diet! You’d lose weight (and starve!) in no time!

  64. Alice | 30/07/09

She looks really quite in shape. Love her arms.
That cookie diet sounds ridiculous and actually bad in the long term (cookies = fat).

  65. cyclechick | 30/07/09

obviously a bloody ridiculous diet – but how come we can all see that and they can’t???

  66. Rhian | 30/07/09

i dont like her at this weight – and the hair is too blonde she needs to tone it down imho.

  67. ms_benes | 30/07/09

Ridiculous diet for sure. Maybe she just likes a healthy cookie.

  68. Cici | 30/07/09

Don’t you all agree that she’s got the most gorgeous hair ever? And hers is REAL, no extentions.

  69. wannabee | 30/07/09

I think she’s trashy…and the diet is simply stupid.

  70. reese | 30/07/09

I may be the only one but I really like her, I think she is such a sexy woman and seems like a good mom and friend on her show. Cookie diet is stupid…. they come up with so many crazy things that people fall for!

  71. M* | 30/07/09

she looks soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo trailer trash… i know thats not nice to say or even RIGHT.. but why does she loooooook soooooooo freaking CHEAP all the freaking time?!!!!!!!!!!

  72. annika | 30/07/09

Cookie diet… how stupid. Denise looks pretty good but would look so much better if she ditched the brassy hair color and fake tan and went a little more natural. I think she’d look younger too.

  73. Sarah | 30/07/09

i agree with everyone whos stated that the cookie diet is the most idiotic thing i have ever heard of in my entire life!

  74. Dr. Truth | 30/07/09

Ha ha. Her face is all over the Cookie Diet website as well.

Look people. A diet is a diet and some diets actually help get people on the right track. It can create structure, and break the cycle of overeating. Not sure why Denise is doing this, considering she isn’t overweight, but that’s not my business.

Maybe she just buys the cookies to eat as a snack. From what I’ve read, they’re healthier than normal cookies (fruit juice is used instead of sugar and they’re packed with amino acids) but they aren’t supposed to taste very good. Who freakin’ knows!

  75. Rebel Annie | 30/07/09

“Her face is all over the Cookie Diet website as well.”

Well that makes sense. I was looking at these pics thinking she HAS to be endorsing this somehow and it’s all staged because…come on, the first pic has her buying the stuff, the second has her walking out, cookie in hand. Even if I was going to do something like the SlimFast diet, I wouldn’t walk into a store, buy some shakes and meal bars and then start mowing down on one while walking out of the store.

That being said, she goes up and down but I’d say looks fairly thin here and I must be the only one who likes her hair ;P OK, maybe too fakey blond, girl could use some lowlights or something, but for some reason I always think the impossibly long and wavy/curly look suits her.

  76. hanan | 30/07/09

    she does n’t need diet

  77. christina | 31/07/09

I could go for some cookies right now.

  78. Julie | 31/07/09

The cookie diet? I think that’s the most retarded diet I’ve ever heard of. People are just thinking up more weird diets so they can eat like pigs aren’t they?

  79. Sanne | 2/08/09

Well a cookie diet does sound rather tasteful, lol. If you really look cookies.

  80. Sanne | 2/08/09

    Oops look = like.

  81. hustler | 2/08/09

She is beautiful and I really admire her figure. I hope she isn’t wanting to lose any weight, I think she already has a fantastic figure for a mother her age.
