Some of you probably remember that Katrina was ’scary skinny’ back in Fall 2008. Here is a before-and-after photo comparison… she definitely looks a bit healthier these days!

She looks a lot better (and younger, I think) with a tiny bit more weight. She’s pretty in both pictures, but there’s something Teri Hatcher-esque about the way she looked in October–like, aged from the total lack of body fat.
@ carrie – I agree. I see no difference in the photos. The dress in the second photo is fuller hence she appears fuller too.

can’t tell much of a difference except in her LEGS. she definitely needs to work on the definition of her knees, calves, and ankles because i can’t distinguish between them.

I can’t see a difference in weight either. One outfit was figure hugging, the other more voluminous.

Looking better? I don´t think so. I think the difference is in the clothing only. Can´t really see her arms because of the cardigan. Collar bones are still sticking out.

She looks much better now. Hopefully she IS doing better. I remember hearing she was strict with food and would work out like 5 hours a day which is quite obsessive. Maybe someone stepped in.

she does look a little healthier but im not totally convinced its not just because of the dress and the pattern! hopefully she is putting on weight though – way too skinny and could be gorgeous with about 7 pounds more!

I don’t think she’s gained very much, and she’s still really skinny! But you can tell from her collar and chest bones that she’s gained some weight. I think she looks amazing! Perfect.

I’m not sure who she is (some say she is from 30 Rock)-I don’t think she gained much weight since the dress is looser fitting and has more folds in the newer photo and her arms are fully covered.

I see a difference in her face and collar bone area, her legs look pretty much the same.
She looks a little healthier maybe 5 lbs gain, but she still looks thin to me. Honestly I think she just has a thin chest area. I have no meat on my chest/clavicle, bones show. Her legs aren’t super thin, I think she’s healthy…
Her face looks much better now than before. Not sure if it’s the weight gain, make up or her smile, though! I am loving her floral dress!!

Katrina looks so-o-o-o MUCH better…healthier with a few more much needed lbs. Maybe …like 8-to-10 lbs!?! She was extremely thin before…(before)…her face looked older, haggard, drained. She is only 20 or 21 & before looked to be like 30-ish! Now she looks happy, wholesome, still thin, but has a healthy spark…it shows in her face which looks so gorgeous! She is 5′9″ or 5′10″ and was (”reportedly”) down to 105 or so which was way too low. Maybe she has stopped/or/cut way back her exercise bulimia craze which she “reportedly” did 5 to 6 hours daily. Yes, the dress she is wearing is a fuller flowy one compared to that purple body hugging one …and her collar bone is still there but doesn’t appear to look like it is ready to pop out of her skin. Also, her shoulder blades (before) were horribly sharp & prominent (like her collar bone back in the “before pics”). In the flowy dress, we cannot see her shoulder bones (at all) or collar bone as clearly…but she definitely has added “just enough lbs” to be thin yet healthy and NOT SCARY SKINNY! Hope that she can be happy, confident in herself and not regress backwards as many people with eating disorders often do. Go KATRINA !

How old is this person? She looks like a teenager dressed up for a family wedding.
I really don’t think she has changed much by looking at these pictures. It’s quite hard to tell because everything about the 2 pictures is so different. In the first one she has her hair up, showing her face and collar bone better, in the second she has her hair down which hides them and makes them look different. In the first one she is baring her arms, but in the second one you can’t really see them, so you can’t tell if there is a difference. In the second one, she is showing her legs, but in the first one they are covered so you can’t really see if there is a difference there either.
I think she really looks the same. Any differences would be thanks to changes in clothing and hairstyle and perhaps the way she is posing as well. For example the way she is holding her head in the first picture makes her collar bones look more prominent. Also, having her hair down, you can’t really see whether her face is any wider, because the hair covers up where it ends.
The photos just aren’t similar enough for a proper comparison.
Even her facial expressions are different which can also affect the way her face looks!
as someone else mentioned, that dress reminds me of something I got from forever 21 a few weeks ago. ego boost for me. might mean she should explore new clothing options.

She appears to look healthier in the more recent pics, and hopefully she has actually gained a few pounds. As a few have said you really can’t tell because of the hair and clothing differences. I hope she’s doing better.

she didn’t gain weight at all. she’s just like me actually – when she covers up her upper body, she won’t look too skinny.
I think she looks almost exactly the same. She’s just covered up a bit more and her hair isn’t pulled back so severely to make her frame look less angular.
She does look better in the more recent photos but that’s just the way she’s dressed.
