she looks cute. Love her!
But not a fan of the shoes.
She looks thin and cute and in shape, IMO. Don’t care for the outfit though. The boots are awful with the dress and while I like the top of the dress and the pattern, the bottom of the dress just isn’t doing anything for me.
Are those military issue combat boots?
looks like she gained. She’s kinda wide in the lower abdomen/hip area. She’s still cute though. Not a fan of the boots.

Those boots ruin the whole outfit!!! They look hideous! She looks gorgeous, but those shoes have got to go lol.
I know a lot of people are going to hate her shoes, especially paired with that dress, but I love her whole entire look who. Girly meets tough. She’s such a cutie.

You can tell she loves fashion and normally she looks so good, but I can’t get with the boots. I had a pair in the late 80s and I loved mine to death, but they look wrong with the dress.
It is a bit too ‘contrived grunge’.
But she is still a fave of mine.

Weird – I just watched “The Last Kiss” yesterday, w/ Zach Braff. (well, I didn’t watch the movie WITH Zach, but he was in it).
It’s a wrenching movie, and her performance is really believable. Anybody see it? I cried. 
Anyway – she’s gained, but it works for her. She’s very cute. I like the dress, but the Little House on the Prairie footwear has got to go. I hope she’s wearing footie socks, cuz I’m predicting some nasty blisters.
I like Rachel, i don’t like her here, the outfit doesn’t do her justice, i do like the boots but not the dress.

Am I the only person that loves the dress with the boots? It’s standard for me to wear a pretty floral dress with doc martins or something, I don’t think it looks contrived – plus, they’re comfortable! I don’t think she looks like she’s gained either, or at least, not gained in a bad way, she looks pretty good!

That dress is cute, but not with those shoes. Why are celebs so notorious for screwing up great outfits by wearing hideous shoes?? A lot of them do this.
I love the boots and I like the pairing, although the dress is not my favorite, I think it looks effortlessly cute, not thrown together/unkempt like MK Olsen sometimes looks (although she is still one of my favorite style icons) or completely chosen by a stylist to fit what is “in” at the particular moment.
This girl has style. Loved her in ‘The O.C.’ (not as much as Mischa Barton, though).

Some of you just said “SHE’S GAINED” and what’s the matter if she has gained? i don’t get the point, do you mean that she has to be skinny to be pretty? I think she looks amazing, she’s naturally thin, has a good and healthy figure, that’s the important thing.

RB looks thin and toned. She has a fantastic little body. I’m jealous. She’s 27 or 28 and she’s always maintained her trim figure with no yo-yo up and down.
the shoes and the dress doesn’t go together. A different boot heal may have worked. She is kinda short and petite, so it’s hard to hide the extra pounds. She has gained weight. She looks fine.

Tiny little frame, lucky girl…I always like the idea of boots and a dress like that, there’s something nostalgic about it like wearing wellies with skirts as a child – doesn’t work on her legs though – el stunty.
Ditto Duchess. She looks like she’s about to go to a Lalapolooza concert, too. She’s cute and petite, nothing spectacular or be envious of.
To: londoncalling. I agree with you…Rachel is so cute…but the dress is NOT AT ALL FLATTERING to her body frame and IMO makes it looks like Rachel may have gained a few lbs. (Maybe 3 or 4…cause she is short ..like 5′1″ & 4 lbs would really “show up” on her frame!) Maybe she did…but she is still thin. That dress, though, combined with those “combat boots” make her look “stumpy”. She is a petite young woman…but like you said, londoncalling,…this dress DOES NOT DO HER ANY JUSTICE!!!
Whoa, I didn’t know her skin was capable of being that pale. She’s always seemed to be pretty naturally dark.

i think the contrast between a girly dress and tough boots is a great idea. however, she’d look better if she wore shorter, more form-fitting dress because she is so short. a little bit of a tan wouldn’t hurt either…
As someone else said those are Little-House-on-the-Prairie-boots and in my opinion the dress looks like it’s from the same show, so they go perfectly well together. Doesn’t do anything for her legs, though, and I say that with compassion, I’m kinda small , too.

Florals and though boots / jewelry has actually been hip for a while, she’s not exactly avantgarde here, but she looks cute nonetheless.
