I like her face, not her body. She shouldn´t be called supermodel if her body looks like that. It´s fine and toned for any regular person… but supermodels we should be able to look up to.

Her face looks busted in all three photos, and she has very wide hips for a model. She should go on the Naomi Campbell diet: liquids only for 1 week of each month.
Body looks very nice for her age… hips could be a bit slimmer, but other than that she looks very pretty and feminine.
I don’t care for her personally but I think she looks like a better then she did couple of years ago.
I dont think she has really wide hips – its only the dress, and the pose..her arms look bigger on the first pic for example,than on the last…
love the body from the neck down, and stopping before the chicken ankles. those hips are lovely!
I like her face, very pretty and unusual, but she is not model material.IMHO.

The first pose is so dated. It’s practically Elle magazine circa 1988.
Sometimes I think she looks stunning and other times just really drag-queenish. I’m not liking her look at the moment.
For everyone who said “she doesn’t look like a model” — Duh! That’s not why she’s wearing expensive clothes and getting her picture taken — she’s a celebrity, not a model. She’s being paid for the “Tyra” brand recognition, not the fact that the clothes can drape nicely over her frame on the runway.
While I’ve never been a Tyra fan, I’m sort of ambivalent about the 3 or 4 episodes of the show I’ve seen, she is, undeniably, a beautiful woman.
Like teddy pointed out, she’s retired from modeling. She shouldn’t get criticized for her body now. Since she’s allegedly slimming down, she should do workouts to lean out her arms and thighs. Her calves wouldn’t look so disproportionate to her body.
Tyra MUST BE wearing SPANX & other additional body-hugging/slimming undergarments. She looks pretty good in the orange dress. Even when Tyra was modeling (before retiring)…she was always known for having boobs and a butt! She was not pin-thin like the other V.S. models even back in her best V.S. modeling days! She looks a lot better here than she has looked in the past couple of years. She has a problem (IMO) with yo-yoing with her weight.
Spanx…it´s that easy.

She looks good in the last photo. Orange is a good colour on her. Hating her hair at the moment and her face doesn’t look as striking as usual in these pics. She’s not supermodel status anymore, nowhere near toned enough. Girlfriend has really let herself go in the last couple of years
I think her waist is nice, but everything below kinda, flares out lol. Biiig hips. From what I know her personality bothers me. She annoyed me on ANTM, which I stopped watching after a few seasons, and anytime I tried watching her talk show, she always interrupted her guests and started blabbing about herself. Blah…

shes lost a bit of weight, maybe thats why her face looks a bit fucked. (excuse my language) too much too fast. which will probablly be gained back, and take its toll on everything else.
Love the 2nd pic in blue…crazy cute. She’d look amazing if she lost 10-15 more lbs because she has odd features that look gorgeous on a slimmer frame. I don’t know what is happening with the weave but it is not working. Tyra looks good with bangs or big hair.

I think Tyras figure looks lovely…..she has retired from modeling so is now free to eat food like a normal person. Her face, though….is looking a bit tranny-ish here.

I hate how she has absolutely no calve muscles! It’s just my little tweak about her body. I think hips look good on her, sort of beyonce like. Get over it people, she isn’t the 18 yr size 0 model anymore.

Quite slim for the most part? Um, no. The dress is like one huge girdle. See how big her arms are in the first pick and how her bellly pops. In the last two photos you can tell she is very strategically posing. Trust me. She’s healthy and I don’t hate. Just wish she would own it and stop pretending she’s slim. She’s not and it’s okay. She looks healthy and normal size – not model size.
NUNU >> supermodels we should be able to look up to? Sorry to burst your unrealistic bubble honey, but most supermodels are on drugs to keep them that skinny; it’s called the coke diet. Most are undernourished and unwomanly; that’s the last thing i’d like to look up to. Sure, it’s chic to have a bmi of 15 in the fasion world, but it’s unhealthly anda disgusting standard endorsed by our modern media.
Tyra looks better than she has in a decade! It’s not even about the weight–less make-up and extensions does her justice! I will definitely have to Twitter about how great she looks on my celeb news site.

WOW — anyone who thinks she’s fat is ridiculous first of all. She is definately NOT fat. Though she herself admitted that she no longer has the body of supermodel, she has breasts and thighs like most women. I’m not really a fan of her. I think 5 years ago she was more interesting but now I cant stand ANTM because she’s so embarassing.

Tyra is a tall woman with a different structure. Her body structure is different from Naomi Campbells’. Her legs, thighs arms and all. Unless she gets scary thin will she look 19 again. The woman is aging and has moved on. I think she looks hot for 37 or so. I hope she starts having kids soon. Her body looks like its ready to tear and wear soon. Have kids Tyra and pass on the genes to another mini Tyra…xxx

Her arms looks awesome in the 2nd picture. I think she looks great and no she doesn’t have a model body anymore but she isnt a model anymore so…. Very pretty face and I like her body in these pictures but I have to agree I think she is annoying on her show. She thinks that her word is bible its annoying.

I have to (embarrassingly) admit that I like her. The fact that she is honest about cellulite and not being perfect is rather endearing. But I agree that facially she looks kind of off- I think it’s the under eye shadow that makes her look a little sick. Body wise she looks great! And she does have skinny, shapeless little ankles, she is the first to admit it.
sweetnsour — you missed my sarcasm regarding the Naomi Campbell diet. But I do think that Tyra should have cut down on the carbs before this photo shoot (see bloated stomach in picture 1).
She has oddly tiny lower legs though I think she looks fine – she’s not modelling anymore. Her problem is the strange hair.

She has a gorgeous hourglass figure. Look at the proportion of her hips to her shoulders – they are NOT big.
i like the fact she has curves, it’s age appropriate…although she has the kinda face that could get away with any weight [within reason...obviously 300lbs doesn't look good on anyone...im looking at you rosie o'donell]

Aah how I love Tyra. I think she looks really good, no she’s not a supermodel anymore but her body looks very nice and toned.
I love how confident she is with her curves. She has a stunning face and can manage to gain weight without affecting it at all. Rian: this should be tagged in the curvy celebrity section, nevermind the fat ones that end up in there – Kelly Clarkson?! Don’t think so.
She’s at a good size, and her body’s very nice for her age (she’s retired, y’all, cut her some slack for not being 18 anymore. There’s nothing wrong with her hips). I’m liking the darker hair; the reddish shades she’s sported in the past were all wrong for her.
Now, I know she has openly admitted to having no calves, but it IS possible to build them, and I really wish she would make that effort. Her legs just look weirdly tapered, like each one is one big stiletto.
She looks great and the outfits look like they actually fit her and flatter her figure. Too bad she never looks that way on her shows; all her outfits always look too small and tight.
