OMG! First!
She is cute and seemingly naturally thin, but the vest and belt combo is bulky on her small frame. A simple t-shirt would have looked cuter. I love her flats, though.

I really admire Whitney. She doesn’t seem to scream “Look at me! Look at me!” like everyone else on THE HILLS and she appears to be the only one with her head together. Yeah, her fashion choices are not always the best but she doesn’t seem to care what others think and isn’t all affected like some others. I friended her on facebook, and she’s really genuine and down-to-earth when IMing and commenting on pics. Good for her to not be just another self-obsessed Hollywood starlet.

I know in the fashion industry, there is this pressure to be original all of the time, as opposed to just wearing something pretty/cute that looks good on your body type. I think it’s great when anyone is daring enough to wear something different from everyone else & take a risk. In her case, I like all of the pieces separately (mixed with other pieces), but I wouldn’t not have worn them together in such a manner. But, again, this is the fashion industry, so designers must always be open to challenging the status quo.
I think she’s lucky to be so tall/thin-it looks natural for her. She doesn’t look like she spends all day in the gym, but, from what I’ve heard, NYers tend to get a decent amount of exercise from walking around the city all day.
I really don’t like her legs. They aren’t toned at all! They are long, but I think she really needs to work on creating some definition. She looks skinny-fat to me.
She looks naturally thin. Her figure will be better if she goes to gym. I don’t like the outfit. Shirts don’t suit to the upper things.

I think she’s pretty and I love her long legs. She could use some time in the gym to enhance her figure more. Overall, better to be thin than fat, but ideal would require more shape to her muscles.

shaun, i resent the fact that you just put down a whole city full of diversity by stating los angeles doesn’t have any fashion sense. my visits to new york are always full of angry looking women and i have yet to see any parts of nyc showcasing ladies who are dressed extremely well like in the movies.
I actually love her style. It’s so unique and she’s beautiful enough to look good in anything. Plus, let’s be honest, if you are that thin you can wear bulky/unflattering clothes, you’re allowed.

this outfit would have been nice if she had no bangles, no crazy blue nailpolish and some simple black flats. the shorts are a little too short i think. maybe a floral silky short would have been better. And that belt looks like it belongs on my dad.

I don’t like her legs. I think I’d rather have my body (thicker legs and skinnier arms) than hers (skinnier legs and thicker arms). Not that her arms are fat on anything, but legs are easier to cover up and look slimmer than chunkier arms.
