She looks to be pretty slim and healthy these days! However, she was a LOT thinner in the movie The Party Never Stops back in 2007. Her character in that movie was a runner, which may be one reason she was so thin for that role.

It might be Ashton Kutcher—they have a policy that they do not want ultra-skinny girls. Mischa seemed happy to cooperate, gaining a few pounds since January. They might have told Sarah to add 5 pounds.

I think she is very pretty but dare I say skinny fat? Not much definition to her arms and legs but still a nice figure seeing as it is a candid photograph.

I do remember Sara from “The Party Never Stops” (on a Lifetime Movie in 2007). This Lifetime Movie has re-run a couple of times. In fact it was just on again about 2 weeks ago. I loved her in it ! She did play a college freshman who was on the track team and she did run a lot. She also had several scenes where she was in a bikini and she (& her roomate & couple friends from college) went to a place (like San Diego or somewhere to party) and Sara was caught on camera tossing her bikini top…of course we didn’t see her au naturel in that scene. (Sort of like a “Girls Gone Wild” scene!) I think that she is absolutely beautiful…even though her legs are not as thin as in the movie. She looks gorgeous here. I never watched her in Summerland. She is so pretty. Her legs may not be as thin as before (when she played a runner)…but she is still totally healthy, gorgeous.
I haven’t seen the CW show “Beautiful Life”. Is it on yet or are they just now beginning to film it. (heard they began shooting Beautiful Life on July 31st & it was questionable if Mischa was going to be able to be in it since she was straight out of th psych ward). I do know that Mischa’s character plays a pill-popping model. Mischa CERTAINLY would be a PERFECT FIT for that role since that is/has been her lifestyle since leaving the O.C. I don’t think that is a role she should have thrown herself into so soon after being hospitalized for that exact thing! Think she should have put some time & space before taking on this role.

Very pretty girl and I saw her on that lifetime movie. She has gained a massive amount of weight since then, at least 25 pounds! Rian you are right, she was very skinny on that movie.
I hate to say it but if the entire cast has chubby girls like her and Mischa I won’t bother watchingthe show. I’ll be too busy looking at their extra flesh. Mean but I’m being honest.

I love her in The Last House On The Left. She’s thin in the movie, she plays a swimmer. And she was good in Sidney White. LOVE HER!
@What, not chubby for a normal person at all. Sorry I should have clarified. Chubby(ish) for a celebrity. While she was a little too thin in the Life of the party movie, she would look better on camera now if she weighed 5-10 pounds less. Again I am not trying to be mean. She is beautiful.
To Kianna who posted above, how can Mischa Barton playthe role of a pill-popping model? The operative word being model. She has way too much cellulite and is bloated beyond belief.
This girl looks great in the upper body but has issues in the lower body area that will only get worse with age.

She was A LOT skinnier in that movie, and wasn’t that just 2008/2009? Nevertheless, she looks much better now, healthier. And in no way does she have ‘thunder thighs’. Come down to earth people.

She’s a beautiful girl. I took my sister to see Sleepover a few years ago, and I remember thinking, ‘wow! That girl is already stunning!’
According to her stats, she is 21 now. A lot of the other things she’s been in have been filmed when she was aged 14, 16, etc, so of course she was tiny. Perhaps she was really working to maintain the skinniness of her adolescence in the last few films, and maybe now she’s relaxed a bit. Women’s figures usually change somewhat in their 20s. She looks amazing and slim, in my opinion, but in response to other posters’ musings, perhaps now she is at a healthy weight for her body.
I’ve got a suggestion on how to tone her legs!!!
I’m sorry, but I don’t see the Alexis Bledel thing. Alexis is by far prettier! Only thing I find similar is the bright blue eyes thing. Isn’t she supposed to be a runway model on that new show on The CW? I find it hard to believe that someone who is 5′6″ or 5′7″ at most is a successful runway model. Platform heels or not!

i LOVED “the party never stopped” its about college freshman who turn to binge drinking, and it just shows dangers/ the negatives of college drinking.
she was, let me tell you, anorexic looking in that movie. EXTREMELY thin. she looks to have gained a LOOT of weight since that role. she looks good now. better than that movie, ytikes! gorgeous face and great body.

Wow–she really has gained A LOT of weight. I never thought she would ever be this (comparatively) heavy. In any case, she looks fabulous at any weight. It’s inspiring to see her rock this larger build.

OMG man I watched that movie. And all I could think was she has my DREAM body. Runner’s body. Fit and toned. Now she’s healthy and slim.
