Heidi claims to be 5′1″ and 100 lbs (a BMI of 18.9) but 5 lbs of that number is probably just boob weight.

I wouldn’t say she’s put on heaps of weight at all – I actually think she looks great. She has a curvy but fit and slim body – the kind both girls AND guys wants. Doesn’t change the fact that her husband is d-bag though
I think her body is amazing! I don’t watch much TV so I cannot comment on whether or not she is annoying like everyone says, but I say good for her for getting out and dancing and staying in terrific shape! I hope/wish to get in shape like that soon (hopefully!!)

This girl just annoys me PERIOD! She reminds me of the “ditzy” side of Jessica Simpson who made comments about ‘Chicken of the Sea Tuna’…”was it tuna or chicken”, etc? She claims that she gained about 5 lbs of muscle…that she was doing weight work and could lift the equivalent of her (body) weight…that is how she got her butt more in shape or whatever it is she calls it. She used to be wider & flatter. Now her butt is a little bit more uplifted or so she claims. Her personality just reminds me of a combination of the “ditzy” side of Jessica Simpson & a non-partying, non-drug, non-drinking version of LiLo if LiLo weren’t drinking, partying and high on drugs. Maybe its Heidi’s long blonde lockes of hair? Linds…take note…this is what healthier blonde hair IS!

She’s not posing, she’s rehearsing a choreographed dance routine and the “poses” are simply the moments the picture was taken. The wedding ring does not change hands. If you’ll notice, some of the pictures are taken directly, while others are taken from the mirror.
