She is so thin it looks like it would hurt to walk, sit or do much of anything. She is such a pretty girl too, but the low body weight is making her look very harsh.

Skinny, yes, but I’m not seeing the scary skinny thing. Her upper arms/shoulders aren’t emaciated, and that’s usually more of a sign of not eating. She doesn’t have any muscle tone though. I love her legs.

its amazing how different she can look depending on the angle of the photo. In the 1st, 3rd, and 4th photos she look really super scary skinny. But in the 2nd pic she looks just skinny.

She’s just tall and lanky with long arms and legs. That body type looks super skinny really easily. I have that body type as well and I can look very thin without much effort unfortunatly.
But her head does look too big for her body which doesn’t help.

I’m really shocked! I loved the way she used to look so much, also she seemed to be really cool, not that superficial as others. Always thought she was selfconvident, but that does not seem to be the case. Now it’s really sad looking at this painfully thin body. Why does she do that to herself?!

I don’t know who this girl is or what the fuss is about. Maybe she was heavier previously but to me it just looks like she’s naturally a thin petite girl. No ribs show through her sternum and her arms & legs are thin but not painfully so.

OMG!! She has lost loadsa weight since her presenting on T4. I mean she was thin back then but she didn’t have a bobble head and she had a bit more meat on her arms and legs.

That is the definition of scary skinny. She looks like a wobbly 6 year old who hasn’t grown into her body yet. That is not the body of a woman. i used to like alexa back when she hosted pop world. she wasn’t this skinny back then and she came off funny and cool. now that she’s on mtv, it’s kind of awkward. british humour doesn’t translate well over here, especially with the young mtv adolescent audience.

I read a interview in a english magazine (the Time’s, not the Sun) and she said she hardly eat’s because she’s so busy. She used to be a good 10-15 pounds heavierx
All I can say when I look at these photos is WOW… she is so so skinny but I dont think it looks scary as she is quite petite i think… Her shoes though in the second photo look like they are too heavy for her lil legs to pick up.

TO: londoncalling, I totally AGREE w/you in that Alexa is RAPIDLY approaching Allegra Versace scary, frightfully too thin territory (ANA TERRITORY & belongs in an intensive in-patient hospital for about a year!) Alexa is thinner each time she appears on this site. I noticed that she had a piece of her dress which went across her chest where her normally protruding sharp bony collorbones, chest, rib cage is. She also has those straps to cover her shoulders which are also very pointed and protrusively sharp! She is nearly almost every bit as skinny as M-K and Nicole Richie at their “worst” (their lowest weights). Have to take into consideration that there is a ratio between Alexa & Nicole & Makry Kate. Alex is around 5′8″ and both
M-K and Nicole Richie are “allegedly” 5′1″…(give or take a 1/4″ or 1/2″). Allegra Versace is just about 5′ or 5′1 or 5′2″ TOPS. Is Alexa using Allegra as her thinspiration ??? Alexa ALSO looks so Allegra-ish because they both have someone either holding their hand and standing very, very close in case they fall down (collapse!)! Alexa is ALSO wearing that full bubble skirt type outfit like we have seen on Allegra V. many times to “hide” her emaciated body.
She’s half chinese. Chinese people can be really thin, it’s their body type.

Is it just me, or does her extreme thinness seem accentuated by those guys (bodyguards or something?) pulling her and shepherding her around? Like she is too fragile to stand on her own or something. I looked up old pictures of her and it makes it even sadder how thin she is here. She was actually beautiful and healthy a while back

RIAN — can you please do a before-and-after comparison for Alexa because there are still some posters in denial about how unhealthy she looks. It’s unfortunate how emaciated she is now — how can she even have the energy to even walk around? The saddest part is, her skinniness is only going to increase her popularity and media presence.

I don’t buy into the whole ‘I’m too busy to eat’ thing either. Eating is like going to the bathroom (it’s just something you do when you need to do it).

I don’t care how naturally thin you can be. Eat some effing food and gain some damn weight. This is too skinny and gross. Every super skinny girl my boyfriend will say that they are too thin. He likes boobs and a butt. I try and eat healthy but of course I engage in foods that are high in calorie or fat content. Whatever we have one life and if I want to eat two slices of pizza I’m going to.

Ok checked out pics of her from a few years ago…I don’t know how people can say she’s always looked like this as it is extremely obvious she has lost a lot of weight. Previously she was certainly slim but she didn’t look emaciated to this degree.
I wonder if the move to NY triggered this? British girls don’t tend to have the hang-ups with weight as much as many American girls do.
How awful! Maybe she is naturally so thin but I don’t think this is a healthy example of how a woman should look…especially since a lot of her fans are probably young girls. :/
To people saying she’s always been that thin, WRONG – she was a good deal bigger when she started modeling and looked a hell of a lot better for it. Her face can’t take this weight.
Still, the media attention over her weight is pretty harsh really, if you look at her Twitter posts (I found them through another website) she’s feeling pretty bad about the her ‘role model’ duties re. getting so thin and was ‘eating pasta’. She’s had problems before feeling guilty about food so I think there’s something actually the matter here, more so than she lets on.

Alexa is so beautiful and definitely very very thin but not “scary skinny” The only thing she really needs to do is gain definition. Moderate weights a few days a week would do that for her. Love her legs… WOW!

I bumped straight into her at London at a market this morning, and I have to say, she doesn’t look that frighteningly thin in real life, and she is pretty tall. She looked fine, to be honest. I’m not sure she looks that way because of drugs – she’s been on TV and in magazines here in the UK since she was really young and she was always built like a young boy, and her eyes have always been like that. Who knows… either way, she is pretty but she could do with just a few more pounds.

First, the cat-eye makeup looks terrible–she needs to ditch that look, as it only accentuates the harshness of her face. Her face is way too manly. Maybe a few pounds would help. She just looks sick, like she’s hanging on by a thread. How can her boyfriend not be concerned?

Alexa does NOT look okay, she is emaciated and looks like an anoretic (and I mean typical “anoretic” because you can’t tell and as long as someone has a BMI of under 17.5 they can be but sometimes people don’t suspect it until they look BEYOND emaciated..)
