As usual, she looks thin, fit and toned!
Her body looks ok, but something about her face just seems so fake to me.
Good legs.
Her face is nondescript. She’s alright looking, but doesn’t have any distinctive features that make her memorable.

She has no visible muscle tone in her calves, and it might just be those shorts(which are so hard to pull off), but she does look a bit heavier than recent pics.

@ anon, I TOTALLY AGREE! she has the worst calves! her ankles are huge.
She does look fit & toned. Agree! But her legs (upper legs, especially) look a little bit bigger than in previous pics. However, it could be that style of shorts she is wearing that is giving an illusion of a fuller upper leg. Overall, she looks, cute, fit.

Are fake boobs bad if you are a negative A cup and go to a small B cup? I think fake boobs are ok if women would go more natural. Sometimes I think of getting mine done from B cup to C cup but then I see women like this and it looks ridiculous. Just saying…….
Whatever little changes she’s made to her face, she looks better then she used to. Nice body, but I don’t even have to watch the show to know she’s a moron. You can tell just by looking at pictures, she always has a vacant look.
Every time I see her, her face seems a little different. I think she’s having tweaks done here and there. Overall, her face looks much prettier than it did pre-surgery, BUT she should stop while she’s ahead. I remember thinking Jenna Jameson was so gorgeous (compared to her natural face) years ago when she filmed her E True Hollywood story, but then she just went overboard with the body-obsession and became quite ugly. Audrina, that should be a lesson — you look great now, but there’s a fine line between looking more or less ‘naturally’ beautiful and over-plasticized, and I fear you may cross it!

I actually think she looks quite cute here. Not usually a fan of her but I think having the teeth sorted out has really balanced her face.
I don’t really like her legs, she has a nice figure but any extra weight and those legs are going to look heavy imo.
She does have a great body, I can’t deny that. But I agree about the cankles… I never noticed that before. Her face looks so different compared to how she looked at the beginning of the hills. I still find her rabbit teeth to be creepy

Something I NEVER thought I would say, but she looks pretty good here. maybe because she is not overly done up and looks average. I do have to agree with some of the comments she is not toned, she is just skinny, and plastic, but looks okay here . . .pretty.

why is everyone so hard on her all the time on here!?! she looks better than most people who are posted about! i think her legs look pretty good, except for the cankles..which i didn’t notice till someone else said it and i went back and checked and i was like oh wow she does have cankles lol she does look like she gained some, but she looks much healthier at this weight.
There is something odd about her legs. Maybe it’s the length in proportion to her torso or they are slightly bowed.

I think people are hard on how she looks because her personality comes across as ignorant, superficial and fake. Makes it hard to have anything nice to say about her, same with Heidi. In saying that, Audrina has a super hot body and knows it

….do not second-guess yourself!! i have been searching forever to find the perfect description for her eye/face problem, and finally, you summed it up perfectly. i always just settled for “stoned” or “sedated,” but the way you put it finally does it justice!

Wow..so many negative comments and I actually think she looks totally adorable for a change! You can tell she actually works out. I stood about 2 feet from her at the 2008 VMA’s and watched as people constantly kept coming up to her to take pictures and talk to her and she was super nice to all of them. She was also super tiny! I’m small, but standing next to her I felt like cow!

Audrina is so beautiful! Yes she seems to have gained a bit of weight since previous pictures but she looks great nonetheless. At least she’s healthy, everyone has their own flaws, whether it’s a large nose, untoned muscles & kankles – so for people to pay her out obviously have insecurities of their own & this is how they make themselves feel better. You’re not perfect either.
I think she is beautiful and perfect.
