She looks like she has had a lot of filler put into her face to give her a softer look than she used to have. She looks good weight wise.

I agree “Cougar” is right up there with “MILF”. Both are stupid! Courtney looks great, age appropriate, slim and fit. I hated when she got skeletal during Friends, she looked bad! Now I would guess she is a 4/6. Looks good!
She’s admitted to Botox in the past. She really needs to tone it down. She’s starting to look like stone. Awesome body though. She is mid 40’s and her skin overall is healthy and not sun damaged. Overall I think she looks amazing.
I dunno if it’s just me… but if she put on a blond wig, she’d be Meg Ryan. Did she have some whacked out plastic surgery or something?

I really like Courtney, but she is looking a bit odd. She has a great figure for being in her 40’s. Any thinner and it would take a toll on her face. Brown hair and blue eyes are always so striking!

That’s the sad thing about Hollywood, the belief that you can have it all – a toned thin body and a plump, youthful face. Unfortunately, those fillers look terrible and lumpy. Courtney’s face looks like wax dummy and she’s ruined her once beautiful face. Her body looks overworked and mannish (with the exception of the boobs, obviously).
I don’t like how cougar sounds either, what do they call old men that date much younger women?…Well she looks nice and healthy, she used to be disgustingly skinny like 10 years back or so.

Girls, use this as a lesson. Let yourself grow old gracefully. Do not inject cr@p into your face. Do not have your eyes altered. Being natural will always win out over looking like you have a freakish mask on. Sorry, Courtney, but your vanity got the best of you here. It’s a shame.

IMO, I think that Courtney looks absolutely lovely & cute. She is thin but DEFINTELY not the very, very, very scary skinny younger woman (in her 20’s) as when we saw her on “Friends”. She is in her mid 40’s now and looks thin/slim in exact accordance to her age!! She was soo-oo skeletal on “Friends” and even a bit (skeletal) for a little while AFTER “Friends” went off the air. She looks healthy & toned…even her skin looks healthy & clear (no sun damage, either).
MUST AGREE with Connie 3/09/09 (and size 2) that I (too) absolutely hate(AND) detest this new term “Cougar” that Hollywood is attaching to women in their mid 30’s/to/early 40’s. It sounds demeaning…and MILF sounds even more horribly demeaning. Both terms (adjectives) sound as though someone is describing a “skanky looking” woman rather than a young woman who is ONLY in her mid 30’s and sometimes in their early 40’s. On the other hand, I don’t think that the dress she’s wearing does anything for her naturally thin/slim…but bit more curvy body these days. Know that it is undoubtedly an outfit (the dress) which is supposed to emphasize making her look a bit older (& not scary skiny) for the part she is playing for her reole/character in her movie.
OOPS. Sorry…I meant playing for her *role*/character in her movie.

I agree with the ‘too much botox’ comments..
I’m in my late 40’s, pushing 50 next year and have never had botox and look 35. I would rather see a few lines on my forehead than look like a plastic doll. In my opinion the look of botox makes people look older, not younger.
(I worked with David Arquette on a film back in the early 90’s and he he’s really sweet and funny..shortly afterwards he met Courteney..)

I think she’s aging very gracefully. I much prefer her body at this weight than her waify friends days. I think she looks like she’s about a size 2,, because I can’t imagine she is taller than 5′4″/5′5″. Looks like she did have a bit of messy face work done, though.
I think she looks better at this weight-range then when she was super, super skinny. Especially now that she’s getting older. When you’re in your forties I think being too thin makes you just look older.

Courtney has always taken very poor photos so I don’t know what to say about these… but on camera I think she usually looks amazing. One of the most beautiful women I’ve ever seen. I don’t know if she’s had work done or whatever, and I’m saddened if she has, but I love the character of Monica.

i always thought courteney cox was one of the most beautiful actresses. dark hair, light eyes, perfect features, just stunning and feminine. yet in the past years, her weight has fluctuated and IMO she was borderline if not anorexic. She seems to still be very obsessive about her weight and her insecurities pushed her to botox her face to such a point where she is just a wax figure. Too bad…
As for the flip flops, this could be before the premier starts. In Chicago since we have to walk everywhere, most of us gals keep our heels at work and wear flip flops to and from the train station/bus stop. I’ve done heels walking in the city and after about 2 blocks you start wishing you were wearing flip flops!
I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought she got some work done. She needs to sue whoever did her face, because she looks totally different and not in a good way. However her body looks fantastic.

Yeah, a lot of surgery. She’s one person, I have to admit this though I hate to, who kind of needed work. I think all her dieting etc really destroyed her body and aged her face, so, botox etc makes her much prettier. I also think she got very small breast implants. She’s sexier now than when she was 30.

Is it just me, or is her body beginning to look like Madonna? I think she’s getting too muscular and veiny. Face is beautiful though, don’t know what everyone is commenting about. I feel like she should be spray painted orange, decked out in a string bikini, and flexing her traps. Give yourself a couple of days off the weights!!

It’s extremely sad she went and messed up her truly lovely face. I think that with her bone structure, she could age beautifully, which isn’t the case for many women in hollywood who are merely cute or pretty when they’re young.
Agreed with others on the MILF and Cougar labels –as a woman in her 40’s, I loathe them. For some reason I also hate “yummy mummy”, which I tend to get.
