oh my my my. looks like she could stand to have a couple dozen or so more of those.

why are her hands so huge? she looks like man-hands from seinfeld. I don’t think it is just b/c the rest of her is teensy tiny. They look puffed up or something. Does anyone else see that?

It’d be interesting to see her legs from the side. Because her legs look normal sized from this angle, but they may appear like sticks from a side angle. There is a pretty big gap between her thighs. Her face looks a little gaunt, too. Either way, she always looks like such a mess!

SHe does look wacked out–its kind of weird how she is eating while wealking down the street too-like she needs nourishment so bad she cant wait to eat..maybe not? idk to some people-but i usually eat sitting..anyways i do love her fabulous red hat!!:)
anyone remember the puppet in the video for ‘Evil’ by Interpol? She’s starting to look like that. She needs to start dressing her age. Her body’s on the thin side, she’d look a bit less haggard with a bit more meat on her bones.

I had read on another site that she was like 112 lbs @ 5′10″…that is scary skinny and she is also not setting a very good example for daughter, Frances Bean, who is like 15 or 16 years old now. Her daughter is at the age where she is/would be susceptible to the “skinny craze” of Hollywood/New York, etc. Hope that Courtney is getting help…heard that she is working with her doctor & seeing a nutrionist, but who knows. Sad!!

Poor Courtney. She was awesome in the mid-90’s. She’s very skinny but not skeletal, it’s how dirty and grimy she looks that makes her look so bad.

Ihatefamousppl didn’t notice the hands until you mentioned it, but they do look large and puffy! How odd, my only thought is that she is really tall, 5′10″, so maybe it’s just that she’s so skinny it makes her hands look huge.

i hate the turquoise on her, doesn’t suite people that pale! she looks really wprn down, but w/ dif. clothes and a tad of concealer in her eye area would make a big difference. she’s been a wreck for quite some time, but she could easily (pretend to) look healthy with better styling. ouf.
Anyone with that lifestyle who manages to live beyond the age of 40 is gonna look pretty rough.
No surgeon can correct that sort of damage.

Just an FYI for the people asking about her hands. She has a history of IV drug use and this leads to puffy hands, esp. if they have been known to shoot up in the hand area like a lot of people do to keep from having tell-tale track marks on their arms. The veins in the hands get blown out so they retain more fluid than usual.
Painted blue…interesting what you say about the hands. I was going to say, looks like she’s back on heroin…and now that you pointed it out, it seems so obvious. She could use a pastry or two…feel bad for her daughter.

It has noting to do with age. What she has been through in her life is why she looks that way. Look at lindsey Loohan. She is in her 20’s and she looks awful.
Rian, can you please post pics of Mk-Olsen’s recent trip to Greece. She’s wearing a bikini, you can see her weight gain noticably (no bones!) without all the layers of clothes she usually has on.
I’m really starting to believe those gastric bypass rumors..the rapid weight loss, combined with the sagging skin on her stomach, and the fact that she can’t seem to gain weight…hmmmmm…there have been cases where gastric patients were accused of having eating disorders when in reality the surgery was at fault….Just a thought

Looking better than usual, but that’s not really a compliment. I think unfortunately when people are pale it makes them look gaunt and unhealthy. Thinking of dressing up as Kurt and Courtney with my bf for Halloween. I feel sad for her.

her legs look thin but its hard to tell if someone is really underweight without seeing her upperbody and arms. either way she definately looks to be at a low weight for her height. it doesnt help she has no color to her face

Her marred and uneven skin is a sign that her cells are stuffed to the max heavily with toxic waste. She looks direly malnourished. Aged way beyond her years from toxic diet, drugs, toxic thoughts, emotions and spirit. It is never too late to change; to clear out the poisons and reverse the damage;
