Are colon cleanses really bad? I’ve heard they can be. Why might it be worse if you were pregnant? Why anyone would want one done, good or bad, is totally beyond me. But I’m willing to be enlightened on the topic!

She is so perfect! Her body and face are both unreal. However, I like her better with more hair, I”m just not into these haircuts. If anyone can pull it off its someone with such a pretty face like her, but I’m not a fan of the cut.

Definately agree long hair was cute on her, but i read life and style mag and they said she was definately pregnant they didnt even say she might be pregnant they said she definately was. I dont think she is but thats a pretty serious allegation to make if they werent for sure. btw i think her butt looks kind of big in the first pic but shes still gorgeous

The dress is a bit tight. She does look pregnant. I love her short hair. Much easier to take care of then the longer length. Love the dress. Don’t like the heel on the sandal.

Colon cleansing is safe to do while pregnant. It’s actually pretty healthy, and flushes out all the nasty stuff.

P.S. I have worked in the industry and colonics are a good tx, if like everything, it isn’t abused or used merely to lose weight. It helps keep toxins out of the body and the liver functioning properly. It isn’t uncommon for women during pregnancy to become constipated and a colon cleanse done properly under the guidance and care of a licensed naturopath is perfectly legit and good.
colon cleansing can mess up your digest system. my sister used to regulary have one, for about 8 months, for weight loss purpose and after quitting it was tough for her to normally go to the toilet :S
a colon is sometimes given quite right before giving birth b/c if anything is torn there will be less bacteria everywhere but during pregnancy? i dunno about that.

What’s wrong with colon cleansing? I’ve never had one, but I think it’s a useful thing.
TMI !!!! But,I just think it could be dangerous for the baby..but I don’t know that much about the (colon) cleansing process. I did read that it takes the toxins out of the body. If you do it by drinking something that makes your colon clean/clear of toxins…but wouldn’t want to do (it) by having something inserted. I just think it would be risky & cause premature contractions especially as the pregnancy progresses. Halle cut her hair short for a part in a movie. Cutting her hair short was a pre-cursor to shaving her head completely for the movie. NOW that she is preggers, don’t think she will do whatever movie it was. She didn’t want to go from long hair straight to bald…so that’s the reason for the short, short do.
I love her short hair! She was a style icon for black folks in the 90’s with the Halle (think of the Jen Aniston for those who are more into Friends)
Colonic irrigation is a treat! It takes out all your bad stuff and you end up a couple of kilos lighter. You feel so much better afterwards. Nothing wrong with having it done when you are pregnant. Plus, Halle doesn’t look like she’s very far along.

colon cleansing is great! it is proactive and can contribute to eliminating toxins and help weight loss. more importantly it can reduce risks for colon cancer and strictures–>impaction. i mean it is a little bit embarassing to get it done but it will be more embarassing to be 80 (or 60 or 50) and have other uncontrolled problems up in there. just get over yourself and realize that you and all other animals have a colon that needs scrubbed out. also, it’s ok to get colon therapy while pregnant, you just need to talk to the doc. halle looks beautiful!
