Amy does look quite fresh. Her figure, although slim, is seriously disproportionate. Her head is massive — thanks to the cool beehive, her breasts are quite large and her legs are twigs. I don’t envy her body at all, but I love her smoky voice.

Amy is looking less like “death walking”…but is still awfully thin. She looks a bit less ill as she has/had been looking. Those animal (printed) slacks or leggings (whatever) would only look good on someone as skinny as Amy! Think that Amy is the British version of our American Lindsay Lohan! Or maybe Mischa Barton when she lets her guard down & goes on her drinking/drug sprees.

Good for her. She’s still very thin, but looks 100% better. It seems she has loving parents who were determined to help her regain her health. And I like what she’s wearing here, with the Fred Perry pink & black –she really owns her style, too.

Yes, I think she has emphysema but is still smoking. People just don’t listen though. ‘No, it’s not the smoking. It’s the doctors just looking for an easy fob off telling me to stop…in fact I was fine til I came into hospital – the doctors did it’ (I heard that one the other day!)
She’s such an apple, like an extreme apple. I don’t think she could ever have a nice figure, either her limbs will be too skinny like now or her middle is too thick.

MEL, are you SERIOUSLY saying that Amy hasn’t had a hit song forever? So I assume then that “forever” is approximately 3 years to you, because Amy had a hit song in 2006 and sold 5.5 million copies of her album, Back to Black, in 2007. It was the biggest selling album of the year!!! And why do people care about her? Because she’s a wonderful artist, a true talent with an amazing voice and is so musically gifted. And also, because she’s a human being and it’s really sad to see people go down the drain because of drug addiction.

Judging by how human, and dare I say, pretty, she looks in these pictures, I think she could really look amazing if she put on a little more weight. Does anyone remember when she was like, really a healthy normal curvy size? Like before she was famous and way before the drugs? It shouldn’t be impossible for her. But right now I guess it’s enough for us to appreciate that she’s not on the path to complete and total self destruction anymore (I hope).
she still looks the same to weight wise and looks wise. also just because she appears to be smiling, does not mean she is really happy. anyone who is unnaturally at that weight can not be happy.

What i noticed first was the life in her eyes. Before they seemed so dead. Now it looks like she would actually be able to carry a conversation with someone other than herself. As for “she looks healthier b/c she’s had a boob-job” wha? Yea maybe she doesn’t seem as skinny as before, idk b/c IMO her tummy just seems a bit swollen, but it’s not her frame, it’s in her face, the healthier lifestyle that shows. And of course she can’t be the ephitome of health this soon.. And if those smokes help her at all to keep away from serious drugs, i say go for it, it’s a life long battle after all, and she doesn’t need the stress of changing everything at once.

Me and a friends went through a stage of wearing our old satin ballet flats out for shopping (we had them from dancing anyway) because we thought it was quite cute. I still think it is quite a cool look! Especially with tights.
I love her freckles and agree about the life in her eyes being one of the first things you notice.

Everyone should give it up about the ballet shoes. And really, who cares about her shoes, it her thing and she obviously likes wearing them. At least the ones she has on are new and clean, at least for now.

her pants are awesome, and she DOES look healthier, her skin has some colour, (probably makeup) her outfit is cute (i want her pants!), but bad role model to young aspiring singers by smoking. when you think about her voice though, it is a bit like a smokers voice. which kind of adds to the effect but STILL! bad role model in that regard. looking a lot better though
She still is pretty skinny, but looks happy . . .which makes her look healthy. I realize everyone has that one article of clothing that they love, but girl needs to retire those ballet slippers.
I think she has toned it down with the bulimia as her glands are less swollen and her cheek bones are more defined–good for her! She’s so talented, I hope this keeps up!
