Courteney is NOT aging gracefully — have you seen her face? It looks like a mask with all of that botox, and this is not speculation — she has admitted to using botox on several occasions. What a shame. The good news is, her body looks quite fit and toned for a woman of her age. And yes, I have seen many, many teens and 20 year olds with much better figures (myself included lol).

If I look that great at 40, I will be elated. Her abs are awesome (especially after having a child). It’s nice to see a little cellulite on stars because no matter how hard I work out I still have a little on the backs of my thighs. She could stand to do some glute exercises; the glute machine at the gym where you do back leg lifts works wonders for me.

I’m over 40 and I have to say that it gets harder and harder to maintain a slender body. She must work out a lot and eat well. Obviuosly she has a personal trainer and a gym at home. That make things a little bit easier for her.
She is a true beauty: natural skin shade, some forehead and laughter lines, real breasts, the odd dimple on the lower body and a confident but not conceited manner
