Eric aka “McSteamy” is a rugged guy..and personally I like that (especially since on the show he is the “bad boy” with such a sensitive side). Patrick aka “McDreamy” is cute, but more soft-featured….so it is all a matter of opinion.

No idea who he is but he’s bloody hot. And I swear I had those exact (well smaller) Adidas trousers circa 1997.
i used to find him adorable but now the grey hair is not working for me. plus that whole scandal with him his wife and a model really turned me off to him. GO ALEX!!!
BTW has he even done anything besides greys anatomy which in my opinion is going down hill

Eric does look really good and i love his character on the show, but personally i’m into Owen / Kevin the most. Not necessarily the best looking, but he has ceratin charisma about him and he has just the right amount of messed up-ness in him. I can’t say i would be surprised by the results of the poll though.

Sorry I do not find him that hot. I kinda have to agree with one of the other comments on here, that I if I saw him walking down the street, he would just be a average guy.
