She has back fat. She is very pretty but too much make up on here.She looks the same weight she has for a few months. I don’t see any loss.

I think Kim is gorgeous. She has such a beautiful face and lately her body has been looking amazingly healthy and in shape. I just wish she weren’t wearing this dress! It makes her look too old.

K seriously 95% of the women in the world have that, and if you dont you are like a disgustingly thin stick figure. Kim is NOT fat whatsoever. She was born with hips and a REAL butt and instead of letting the rest of herself go, she works at maintaining a rocking body. This woman’s face is absolutely STUNNING and her body is amazing. For all the haters out there….take a good look at your own bodies and I doubt that any of you have the right to judge.
That dress is super flattering. Good for her!
However, whoa on the makeup. Her makeup person does too much to her face…..she is very pretty naturally and that just looks ridiculous.

I think she looks gorgous but I’m not lovin the shoulder puff of the dress and she wears too much make up. I never understood the heavy make up look – I don’t think it looks good on anyone (except show girls or for dramatic photoshoots). Its just my personal preference. I like a natural, fresh faced look

any workout on your back will help rid of those. Try stuff like the lat bar pulldown, resistance bands, free weights.
i love her but i wish she would wear lil less makeup…dont mind the eye makeup….but blush died in the 80s……and was only really cool in the 70s.

I could never describe Kim as classy. Nicole Kidman is classy. Kim just cleaned herself up a little more in this picture. She has a ridiculous amount of make up on though. Yikes. I’d really like to see what she looks like without the foundation and black eye make up. I’m sure her features are still amazing, but still…

I’ve actually seen her in person and she is SUPER tiny. I really was in shock for a bit. I never believed in the whole – camera adds ten pounds – thing until i saw her. pretty girl though, could do without all the makeup

I agree too much make up. The only way to get rid of the “back fat/ bra fat” is to get a better fitted bra that doesn’t pinch in. Many women buy the wrong size bra. Or a corset would work. She has def. lost some weight. But diet pills are NOT healthy.
Not many people can pull off a white dress. She looks terrific. Her face looks very different in these pics.

I saw many of kim’s picture around the internet, she’s losing weight. Her legs are no more thick. she’s almost on the thin side.
