I really want to know how to jog wearing sunglasses and holding a water bottle. I tried once but I felt uneasy

That does not sound healthy! I taught ballet up until I was 6 months pregnant and I was told by my doctor to stop asap. At the end of a couple of hours of instructing others (including one younger class where we “danced” like animals together and galloped LOL)I would feel lightheaded and weak. My body was just to tired! I couldn’t imagine jogging for an hour!

I had no idea it was okay to be pregnant and jog! I’ll remember that for my next pregnancy (God willing).

Yes the perfume is called M by Mariah Carey, it’s in a pretty purple butterfly shaped bottle. It’s not outrageously priced and it smells good
