Is it my imagination, or does she not look quite as bad (weight-wise) as she did only a few months ago? Although clearly she still fits into the skinny celebrities category, she almost seems to be a bit healthier these days and definitely has a little more meat on her bones!

Wow… her drug use has really aged her. Its really tragic actually. I think back how she used to look… so natural, bright, healthy, glowing… now she just looks like she has been hit repeatedly by a bus.
She is gaining weight finally, which is the only good thing I see in these pictures. If she keeps doing whatever it is she is doing to herself, by the time she is 40, she will look 60… if she even lives that long. I am shocked to think she is only 23… crazy…

She is not looking good. She doesn’t look healthier, she just looks weightier, could even be from bloating. Her beautiful features look crooked when she is smiling. She is 23, yet has deep aging lines on her face. Her once amazing thick red hair, is now dead. Even her contacts fall out of place.
Linds, please gather yourself together.

You know when you’re getting ready for a night out and feel really good and think you’re makeup or hair is really good then get your picture taken and you’re like ‘aaah, maybe not! woops’. Do you think Lindsay is like that with the way she smears on that awful lipstick?

She does look a little less skeletal here. But I saw a video of this, and she seems even worse when she’s talking. I’ve worked with homeless people –many of them addicts–and that’s what she reminded me of. It’s very sad, and one can only hope that someone loves her enough to help her do whatever is needed to get healthy. The NYTimes report on her involvement with this show, and the decision on the part of Ungaro to use her, was scathing. The clothes are horrid.
um, wow. seriously, how can anyone who is her friend and in her life not see that this girl needs help?!? I am 32 and I look way younger than her.. she is seriously messed up and is probably in need of not only drug rehab but psychological help as well before she ends up like Michael Jackson. How can a 23 year old already feel they need lip injections/botox/etc..etc?? I am not a fan of hers and don’t really care one way or the other but it’s just sad what our idea of “beauty” makes us do to ourselves. good luck Linds.

This poor girl isn’t going to live to see 25 if she keeps up like this. The collection was a disaster, I read, and it’s very obvious that she knows it from pic #2…look at her, she’s in tears! Her arms are riddled with scars, her face looks like it’s been removed, stretched in weird directions, and then pasted back on, and she’s obviously falling apart at the seams. This is so, so, so sad.

Oh my! I just saw the video that was talked about in one of the earlier posts and it’s very scary. She looks like a complete druggie – it’s crazy to think that a whole world is watching as her life just crumbles and no one close to her is interfering? I don’t get it!

Bulimia is so obviously the culprit here. The reason her face looks so bizarre is because of some plastic surgery unfortunately, but whats more is from her purging. I bet she purged while her face was supposed to be recovering peacefully.. awful. This is also why she has ‘moonface’. The much needed weight she has put on is only due to her binge/purge cycle, and I bet she hates herself more than ever right now.
I don’t know what the answer is for her. Getting recovery for an eating disorder doesn’t just happen overnight.. It takes a lot of hard work and you need to WANT to get better. I think she does want this, but can’t bear to deal with the public’s comments. This is so hard to see.
It’s no secret she looks really rough. Many people considered this whole stunt VERY embarrassing for Ungaro. I don’t know how much it matters that she looks like four pounds heavier in these pictures than in others because she’s really going on a downward spiral everything else considered.

I kind of know where she is in her life.
I was in a similar situation a few years ago… I felt trapped, I didn’t care if I lived or died, I felt like all of my friends wanted me to be what they wanted me to be: a fun party girl, to live only for them and not for myself.
I had to stop partying. Friends leave you when you do this. They get mad, they think you are judging them with your decisions.I lost maybe 95% of my “friends”. Maybe more. But when you become a good person, you attract good people. She needs to start over. Cut ties with everyone in her life. Eat better. Sleep more. Stop going out as much. Find something positive to be passionate about.

It makes me sad to see her like this. She was so gorgeous a few years back, 2004 I think, with her natural red hair and healthy body. It’s obvious that she has problems, and I feel bad for her.

I don’t mean it in a nasty way, but she really looks soooooo horrible. I mean it’s been said, wow her face. Gosh just awful, I don’t understand…I always thought back when there was Hilary/Lindsay rivalry just a few years back that Lindsay was so much prettier, and now it’s almost laughable to even compare them, Hilary is heathly and gorgeous and poor Lindsay just…wow…even make up can’t help. Weight wise she’s looking pretty normal, her legs always dictate how heathy she is it seems…

to the people wondering why her face is contorted like that….i dont know why, but its not just a bad shot. if you look at pics of her for the last few weeks, any time she is not just standing there and is talking or something, her face looks all wrinkly and contorted like this. i swear like 6 months ago, her face didnt look like this. i dont think plastic surgery can give you wrinkles, so all i can think of is drugs.
i dont think anything will take away those wrinkles away but botox and then afterwards, laying off the drugs, booze, and sun. and like working out and eating a healthy meal once in a while. we were all 23 once or are going to be and we can have our fun, but please. cant she see herself and what she looks like? and agree with whomever posted before, the small weight gain is pretty inconsequential when you look at her face. someone needs to help her.

I reckon:
She has had too much/badly performed botox around her right eye and maybe suffering from some drooping(maybe why she has such dark eyeshadow on) Also botox around mouth so her top lip is dropped in last photo while smiling (too much lip filler doesn’t help), and filler injected too low in the cheeks so it looks sort of ‘ball-y’.
Not well done at all, should have stayed home really… poor silly girl.

Holly cow! I feel so sorry for her. This comes from a total fan of her looks few years ago, when she was chubby, nice and had a career. I guess LA had gotten its toll on her. Having 2 totally crazy parents gives you no chance of something normal. I hope she will find a way to get her things together… however you have to hit the bottom to start go up. Umm. OMG! I recently saw an older movie with her and she was amazingly pretty. I don’t know what she’s doing to her body, but this is bad. Her face looks like a distorted mask of what it used to be. I’ve seen people after a long party night with lots of alcohol and cigarettes, but this is way worse. It’s extremely sad to see how she’s destroying herself at such a young age!
