She is quite skinny, but it doesn’t show in her face — and there isn’t any apparent plastic surgery either, which leads me to believe she must be somewhat naturally thin because her face would be awful if she was starving herself at her age.

I absolutely love Marcia.
I personally believe that her dramatic weight loss may have more to do with the sad fact that her husban is battling cancer than with vanity.
