I find it kind of ironic that she spills her heart out to a gossip magazine that she was once bulimic, then all of the sudden starts loosing weight after. She is definitely a lot skinnier than she used to be. I think that if she lost anymore weight, she’d be too skinny. But she is at a good point right now… super skinny, but not scary skinny. Not gross, creepy skinny. I think she looks good, and I love her outfit.
I agree that her face looks different… maybe because of her weight loss? Sometimes when people loose weight, they loose it in their face, and the face can look super different… who knows
I have this dress! I love it when celebrities wear the high street. It really makes you think about how skinny she really is though, I’m a size 8 and this is skin tight on me! She’s looking good though..

I think unfortunately she looks way too thin. She keeps on getting progressively skinnier. AND her face, including her nose and chin look completely different to the point where it is hard to even recognize her from only a year ago. Very unfortunate.
Insect legs and a pancake ass. Is this supposed to be attractive? And if so, could someone please explain to me why? All I see is obvious muscle wasting where there should me the mass/form/shape that accompanies a healthy body. Do some of you say, “OOOOOH — she’s completely form-less and has no female curvature — that’s really attractive!”

Wow- she has a lost a lot of weight. She is super skinny right now, but if she stays at this weight and doesnt loose any more she can get away with it. I worry if she looses more weight she will have just gone toooooo far.

Now that’s she’s fixed her face she looks kind of cute. That was a really fast transformation, just last year she looked like a completely different person. She looks nice with clothes on, but that midsection lurking underneath is pretty unfortunate.

Not a natural beauty, that’s for sure! i pity her because she clearly has succumbed to the typical hollywood look: thin, big lips, long blonde hair…rather pathetic how she wants to look like and act like Lauren Conrad and the rest of the hills cast! Also, is it just me or is there an alarming resemblance to her brothers gf Heidi?! I find this girl so annoying, no brain of her own so she copies and follows the rest.

I think she looks hot, but I would want abit more curves, she looks very stickish and plain, no womaness in her at all. But I do think her face looks alot better with the exeption of her chin, it looks really pointy. I honestly dont know which one is better, Old Pratt or new.

Her face looks different because she lost weight!! You lose weight all over your body when u lose a few lbs. So I’m sure it thinned out her face. I doubt she had work done.

whoa, I would never recognize her now!! It’s kind of shocking. She has lost a LOT of weight– I can’t say I like how angular her chin is now. If she was a runway model this weight would absolutely be fine…but since it doesn’t look natural on her and she already admitted she had an ED, she should gain a few. Hope she finds a happy medium between the two extremes…
I hate all these Hills girls, what was the point of her blabbing and boo-hooing to a mag earlier in the year about feeling pressure to be skinny and claiming bulimia if she’s going to drop so much weight and become a bobble head anyway? Lame hypocrite.

Of course she has an ED. But she was talking about it for attention cause she was gonna lose more weight. Now people have to think she lost the weight cause she has bulimia.

Agree with lmd & Jane. She has lost weight (lots) & she was on TODAY SHOW (I think) within the last 3-to-4 weeks ago …one of the early morning shows & said she’d battled bulimia a bit over a year or so back & she admitted to having had a couple of relapses over the past year since being in rehab or whatever for bulimia. Her face doesn’t look like her face at all.
Yes, a person’s face usually “thins out a lot” when you lose weight quickly like she did. (My face thinned out a LOT after losing the first 10 or so lbs when I 1st became ana; but after 35 more lbs loss, I didn’t look like me). (Hope this disclosure does NOT get me moderated off)? But Stephanie’s face is much different looking than just looking thin while her face catches up to her weight loss!
She looks like she has had something done to her face. I agree w/another poster…think that Stephanie has gone from bulimia to ana. (Many times it is ana 1st & bulimia 2nd)…but whatever. Anyhow she’s lost even more weight since admitting to her E.D. issues a few weeks back on TV.

It’s striking how many similarities there are to Ashlee Simpson here — nose job (and possibly more work around the face), complete (almost irrecognizable) transformation, sudden weight loss following the surgery, sudden media attention….
Funny this pattern happened with two people that, imo, are hardly hardly talented enough to be famous and who became so because of a notable sibling.

She looks like the prime example of a “star” feeling pressured to lose weight. I think she looked much healthier and happier with a rounder face. I don’t understand why these girls don’t just sacrifice an hour toning and working hard at the gym rather than giving up the awesome free meals and drinks they’re probably offered regularly.

I don’t see what the big deal is, so what she is eating less and lost weight, that’s how it works. thinking it’s an ED you don’t know that by looking at her. If she doesn’t work out then yeah she is just dieting, so what. And no kidding her face is going to be thinner as well, it’s not rocket science what happens to the body when you diet and don’t do weight training to sculpt. I think she looks good, better than when she was starting to pudge up before.

I don’t think she’s had a nose job. I know this sounds crazy, but my nose is broader when I weigh a few more lbs…When I thin down, so does my nose. Anyone else experience that? My chin also looks more pointy.

I don’t know what you guys are talking about with the plastic surgery, she has the same nose she has always had for a few years. It is certainly not the standard hollywood plastic surgery nose. I’d have to say she definitely did not have a nose job.

i guess i am one of the only ones that think she looked stunning before. she has ruined herself. before she did all these changes i thought by far she was the most beautiful one one on the hills, a cross b/w kate hudson and brit. spears with her body type and facial structures. not anymore, looks just like any other typical blonde skinny girl.
