I ‘hate’ those Chloe boots with a passion (are we allowed to make this type of negative comment about fabric?). Well, I have a strong dislike for them. I was hoping Sienna was alone fan of this footwear.
Rachel is beautiful as always, but those shorts are coming in a close second to the boots. White vest?? Pretty netural for me with the acception, if worn by K Fed.

i love the shoes and i’m all for mixing warm and cold weather clothes together, if they at least make sence to the 1 wearing the outfit. I don’t think the shoes are too “heavy” to be worn in such weather, but they don’t go w/ the plain shorts/white tank look IMO. Maybe a smart short skirt.. Anyways i think Rachel almost always looks the same, she’s cute and i don’t completely hate her style though she’s hardly an inspiration for me. and being her height i’m of course rooting for her short legs

I don’t think she’s ‘untoned’ she’s just not skinny enough for the muscles to really show. The outfit is a definite miss, though. And I know non-celebrities are off-limits, but I just have to say I see no likeness beetween her and her mother.

@ jo – I love being short too! And I find shorter people more attractive in everyday life also. I guess the reason a lot of people who comment on here seem to value being tall is because it’s so much easier to appear skinny when you’re tall.

Both her legs and arms are extremely untoned, does not look good, and how old is she anyway, i suppose really young. And to the person saying that she is not skinny enough for the muscles to show: LMAO!!! Have you ever in your life seen an athlete? Muscles and definitely not skinny. She is not toned. If you are toned your muscles show. Hello, skinny fat? Does that ring a bell.

Agree, RIAN, Rachel looks cute & thin/slim. (As she usually does…her weight does NOT seem to fluctuate all that much…like some celebrities do). She is lucky b/c since she is on the short side (I like short and tall celebs, btw!); and if she were to gain like 3 or 4-to-5lbs…it would show up QUICKLY on her. (Unlike Gisele (Bunchden) Brady–pre-preggers or other taller celebs or models). Think that these pics of her looking downwards don’t show off her cute face…but hey, a person cannot ALWAYS be looking dead-on into the camera lens! Clothes look okay…she’s just going for a casual outing (lunch) w/her mom.

I guess I should have clarified that by ’skinny’, I mean having a veeery low percentage of body fat, which is definitely needed to look toned and achieve that kind of streamlined look that people on this site love so much. Britney Spears for ex. obviously has muscle tone but looks chunky anyways because of that extra layer of fat she carries around.
OMG how old is this woman? Her legs look so untoned and skinny fat as if she is 50-55 years old. She should cover these legs cause they are ugly.

i think that shes a pretty girl with a pretty good body now the thing is this outfit is not flatring plus its bad but shes a fashionesta nad she always dresses in great outfits and inorder to do so she has to miss up somtimes i never realy git why most people love to critesise over the stupidest things dont you guys know that whene you do so your only telling people hey look at me i am so insecure that i will critesise everyone so i could feel better about my self? your not saying hey i am so good looking that i think she isnt …just so you know how you sound like
