Singer Britney Spears has finally surfaced in sunny Perth, West Australia, after a long 23 hours of flying to begin the first date of her Circus tour down-under. Britney is widely tipped to be joined by her children and ex-husband Kevin Federline after he completes filming a reality TV series ‘Celebrity Fat Farm’ in California. Britney has been joined by her father Jamie Spears who is the executor of her affairs.
