My doctor said really, woman are only supposed to gain the weight of the baby (around 12lbs max) + the boob weight (5lbs prob)…. really a lot of woman just eat a lot when they are pregnant, when really you just need a little extra. The truth is your body should only change in the tummy, maybe a little the thighs and boobs. Gisele seems about right. Keepin healthy!
