Julia revealed in a Shape Magazine article earlier this year that she has to “work at not being fat”. She admits to being addicted to chocolate and loves bacon so much that she won’t let herself keep it in the house.
To stay fit, she runs and uses an elliptical machine for exercise and lets herself indulge in a sweet every now and again so she doesn’t feel deprived.
Whatever she’s doing, it’s working… she’s 48 and looks great!

Looks amazing. Remember how frumpy her character had to dress on “Seinfeld,” especially in the first few seasons? Now she really has a chance to shine. “Seinfeld” is one of my all-time favorite shows (cannot believe someone here called it unwatchable!) and “Old Christine” is hilarious, too.

Regardless, she looks fantastic. Her midsection and butt are so small –and that’s exactly where most women put it on as they hit middle age. She’s also very funny.
i love that she’s is not one of those actresses who says they eat cake all day and don’t work out (jessica alba anyone?) and are still pin thin….she actually admits that it really is a lot of work. she looks great! and not just “she looks great for 48″
wow totally timeless. She has looked fabulous, has barely changed since I’ve been watching her on seinfeld (non stop since its aired, i might add!) I should really check out her new show. To sum it up, she looks amazing!

Thank you so much for posting something about Julia! I know this post is a couple days old but I just love her so much! I met her a couple months ago and she was just amazing! She really is just so fit in real life. She’s also tiny. Her husband is like so tall and she is very petite and even more beautiful in real life than she is in Seinfeld. Anyway, she’s so beautiful, especially for being the same age as my parents!!! Love seeing smart, beautiful women on this site! Thanks!
