i think she looks great! she’s run a marathon before and you always see her out running…great motivation!

I agree with southerngumdrops, she’s very dedicated and disciplined. People are so harsh because she’s not as underweight as her peers in Hollywood. She’ll probably outlive all of them.

Those aren’t leggings, just dark stockings/tights because she has thick legs, so she tries to camouflage them.

Her legs are toned and she looks healthy and fit. I wouldn’t feel bad for her – she looks fine. Why do we turn on our bodies and the bodies of others? Those of us who are lucky enough to have healthy, disease-free bodies should be grateful rather than obsessing over ‘imperfections’, IMHO.

I think she seems very thin here. Maybe its just me. It looks kind of like she lost weight too fast and has not been getting enough balanced nutrition.
I think that color/pairing is harsh on her porcelain skin..also, i think strapless dresses are sometimes odd looking with dark tights..
She has lost that glow she once had. No matter how hard she tries, for me there is always something missing now.

Some of these are taken from the worst possible angle! She still looks healthy though. Must be all that running she and tom do together.Wish she would smile more and actually looked liked she cares how she looks again. Makes you wonder if shes really happy because she always looks sad and tired.
@person, i agree, the word glamorous doesn’t come to mind when i see this picture or any pictures of Kate Holmes, sooo much money, such a poor taste and so, so boring.
i think she is pretty lame in general… and why do i feel she’s always wearing some kind of dark blue – black mixture that looks mostly just cheap??? i understand the thights for her legs have never been her best part. but they do not go with the dress.
plus she tries to attend chic which for her will neeeever happen…

I think more work is required when a woman get a little older. That ‘effortless natural look’ actually requires quite a bit of effort in order to achieve the same look as a woman in her early 20’s.
She is looking pretty good as usual. Dress is looking nice, shoes are alright, not a fan of the 1994 pantyhose however. I like the hair too.

Her calves are awful! Other than that she is pretty plain.
Katie looks thin on top but from her butt & legs & downwards…she looks normal…wouldn’t call her thin. That is the area where she carries her weight (legs & butt). She will be turning 30 in early or mid December. Still, though, she looks like she has aged way too fast since being married to Tom Cruise. She looks sad (like she has the weight of the world on her shoulders) a lot of the time, too. She used to be so “sparkling” …glowing. Not anymore, though.

I like the dress but oh, those tights are awful. If you can go out with bare shoulders you can go out with bare legs. It’s not like you are dining al fresco this time of the year. Also not keen on her shoes. A pair of diamond earrings would have looked nice, too

Stand up straight for goodness sakes, we all know Tom is short. I think getting her hair out of her face and a nice pair of earrings would have looked better. She has lost some weight in her upper body but still has thick legs. Weird body in my opinion. It looks like all of the running is starting to pay off. Keep up the healthy lifestyle!

She’s a sweet looking zombie, and I LOVE that dress, tho it needs to be tailored to her properly. Poor Katie, ( not financially- lol) she’s such a prisoner. Perhaps someday firecracker Suri will say “Mom, you’ve got to be kidding me, let’s get out of this craziness!” And Katie will get the kick she needs to run away.
I’ve always thought Katie had mild scoliosis, and that’s why she usually stands like that. I have mild scoliosis and I usually stand the same way. That or she’s shy.
I think she used to be skinnier? I mean she still looks great, except that this outfit is SO DUMPY.
I never realized how small her shoulders are. Makes her head look HUGE! (that and she’s probably a lot skinnier than the camera shows).

I hate to say this, but she looks like someone who lacks confidence and maybe even self esteem. It’s something to do with the way she carries herself. and I’d bet she’d look much more attractive with just some kind of psychological boost.

She was a lot more beautiful looking in her Dawson’s Creek days. Since being married to Tom she has gone downhill in her appearance. I always loved what she wore before being with Tom, she could pretty much do no wrong with her fashion and now she dresses so blah and shocking and older than what she is
She looks just ok here to me here. It’s a pretty dress, she’s thin, etc, but just so BLAH. She really needs better posture, must be tough hunching over for Tom all the time.

Pretty face, but the hair is a mess and the tights and shoes don’t go with the dress. She is slim and fit, but her posture is the worst.
Dress is horrible. It ages her terrible. She looks great otherwise.
she always seems so awkward or unconfident. this is definitely better than the candid photos, but still could use some work. looks a bit matronly and bland.
