I was diagnosed with swine flu and was really ill for weeks. Constant headache/flu symptoms.
She looks so dressed up and pretty fir someone who thinks she’s suffering from swine flu. When I’m sick, I’m wearing sweats, no makeup and I look like death!
She gets full makeup and hair done when she is sick?? I call BS. And she looks different in the face lately.

I agree about the outfit, plus if you have the flu you are wearing a dirty ponytail, no make up and mismatched sweats to the doctor, no??
I watched the “Wedding” on tv, and although I find their family to be very attractive, I can not believe the amount of makeup they all wear! During the crying scenes, you could see it running down Khloe’s face. Kim is gorgeous and has such a beautiful bod… just wish they’d give their skin a break and not put the makeup on with a shovel.
Honestly, I find her very average looking. In the world of hollywood celebrities –where there is a lack of ethic diversity– she is fairly unusual and exotic. But in the bigger picture her body is nothing special, nor is her face. At the uni where I work we have a lot of students from the middle east, and I see many girls that are far better looking.

I was sick the other day (not Swine) and I wanted nothing more than my pyjamas and a comfy sweat-shirt. Full makeup, hair, and such a put together outfit.. impossible.

You would know if you had swine flu!!! What an idiot!! I had it last week, and it is the flu times 5. You feel like you can’t even get out of bed or have any strength to do anything. She just wants attention! If she has swine, she would NOT look like that.

I watched the wedding special, and even though I’m now a bit sick of everyone because of their overexposure, I LOVED that episode. I actually think that Lamar and her make a really good couple. However, KIM has gotten SO ANNOYING..if the attention is not on her, she’s not happy. All her not-so-subtle comments about how SHE should be getting married were hilarious…jealous much??
If your leg is pushing through the hole in your jeans then they are toooo tight…or your too big for the jeans.

For everyone saying that Kim doesn’t look sick because she’s dressed and has her hair done, and that they wear pajamas/sweats when they’re sick, isn’t it pretty obvious that Kim knows she’s bound to be photographed when she goes out? Wouldn’t you get dressed if you knew you’d be photographed? I don’t really care much for the Kardashians, but that repeated comment seems dumb to me.
Her fat is busting out of those jeans – literally. Love her style most of the times, but homegirl’s pants have gotta go.

My doctor would laugh at me if I went to see him in that outfit. But she is Kim Kardashian, so prob people don’t expect her to act reasonably. To me it just seems like she does nothing but posing all day long…she just seems so artificial and doesn’t get that the majority of people are probably already fed up with her face. I am for my part! And swine flu…give me a break!
Why is she wearing those jeans, her thigh fat is sticking out for god sakes… and I wish she would stop being always like a doll, the makeup and hair and the outfits and just be like a regular person from time to time… that’s so more attractive than always looking like you just spent hours on your looks, every single day. Must be exhausting.

There really is an art to rips & tearing in denim. Her jeans would be spot-on if the tears were more sporadic, were straight instead of tapered, and had no flesh showing at the top-front of the thigh. But even so, she owns everything she wears – and the fact that her look is, as usual, so pristinely polished and elegant otherwise, the jeans have irony and she pulls it off. That is smart fashion.
I think ripped jeans, done correctly and stylishly by the manufacturer, look great, but these I don’t like so much. I love her body though, I think she is the epitome of curvy and healthy. But HONESTLY, if she had the swine flu she would KNOW…not get dressed up to go to the hospital haha.
This actually made me laugh. If she had h1n1…she wouldn’t be able to have to energy to get dressed, cake on makeup, curl her hair, and put on 4 inch heels. What a joke.
Why does she feel the need to wear super high heels EVERYWHERE she goes? It’s really annoying. Even to the doctors office she wears huge heels. Just because she’s not 5′10″ doesn’t mean she should wear heels everywhere. I am only 5′5″ and I never wear heels unless I absolutely have to. They are uncomfortable as hell!

So i admit that whole family is so overexposed and i admit that i have no idea why kim is famous, but I LOVE HER STYLE. I would totally pay her to pick out my clothes. She is gorgeous *(even if it is becuase of makeup)* I love that shes still curvy and not anorexic looking. I dont think she has lost that much weight. I do wish she would quit endorsing diet pills!

I can’t believe how gorgeous this woman is. W-O-W. I watched the wedding episode, i loved it.
Have to agree w/others…when a person is ill (especially IF Kim thought she had swine flu)…normally you’d dress “down”…like maybe in sweats or old jeans & an older sweater OR top. Normally, one would NOT go out in full make-up & “dressed to the nines” in ‘casual’ clohtes! Don’t care HOW MANY paparazzi are following you. We see many other “stars” go to the gym or run errands looking sloppy but comfortable (‘clothing-wise’) w/hair pulled back or in pony-tails. Just look at the Olsen Twins (who don’t seem to own a hair brush); Jennifer Garner, Kirsten Dunst, Ashley Tisdale, EVEN Nicole Richie(especially now that she has 2 kids); Sienna Miller walking her dog…AND many others. Didn’t see the “Wedding Episode”…but I’m sure they will re-run it several times on E! TV Network. AGREE…Kim always wants to be the CENTER of ATTENTION. Kim must be “beside herself w/jealousy”…her youngest sister (Khloe) ’stole the spotlight’ with her engagement & BIG TIME WEDDING and the older one (Kourtney) is 8 months preggers & is making HEADLINES. Must be really tough on Kim having all the attention diverted away from her & on the two other sisters!

While I too think she looks ridiculous for getting dolled up when sick, I had a roommate like this once. She got up one morning when she was ill, did her full hair and makeup, ACCESSORIZED HER PAJAMAS, and then retired to the couch. Weird!

She is a pretty girl, but as stated buy happy go lucky, because of the lack of ethnic diversity in hollywood, its so easy for someone to say that she is exotic and gorgeous, that’s because she is different looking in Hollywood, but I live in Queens NY, probably one of the most diverse places in the world,and there are many middle eastern girls that live here who are as just or more pretty than Kim K,sans the pound of makeup, also her style is becoming more and more boring, she’s always wearing blazers, with some sort of loose tank top, and heels.It would be nice to see her switch it up some.
The outfit is interesting but why would you go to the doctor at all if you think you have the swine flu?? Unless you have a medical condition or was unusually sick you would stay home and get better.

Wow, the average person looks like crap when they have a cold or when they are sick. . .the last thing anyone cares about is hair, makeup and fashion. She can’t be too sick.

Those shoes are not hooker heels…they look fine to me. I wear high heels everywhere too because I have flat feet and heels are honestly more comfortable to me than flats.

I don’t know what the rules are in US, but here in UK you are not meant to go to the drs if you think you have swine flu, you are meant to phone the surgery instead! Only if you are really ill are you meant to go to the drs/hospital. This is to stop you spreading it to people who are vulnerable to it. Judging by these photos I don’t think Kim is quite at that stage yet…
