She looks so lost and confused all the time.
She’s 23 and looks 43.
Also, those scars on her face look strange… I usually do not draw a conclusion so easily, but she does look like a meth user.

Her body looks healthier, and I like her boots. Those are the only nice things I can think of.

She looks so out of it, it makes me sad. Lindsay is a naturally beautiful girl, and she’s ruining her health and attractiveness. I really hope that she’ll snap out of the self destructive path and realize that she needs help.

I thought she looked pregnant, too. Saw pics of her elsewhere and she consistently carries a pooch. Anyhow, she seems to be making some kind of statement with all that food.

I actually think she looks much better than usual. Normal clothing, less make-up than usual, and a stabilizing weight. I think it’s the belt that makes her look slightly pregnant. She still doesn’t look happy, but here’s hoping that’s next.

from the way her face looks (as mentioned, the scars, etc.) the rumours about her being addicted to opiates/painkillers could also be true. but i hope it’s not the case
I just hope she can pull through. I feel bad for her. Her parents are both tools and although she’s an adult now you can’t easily put your messed up family behind you. I think it has affected her in the most awful ways. Her parents needs to stop thinking about themselves and start worrying about the well being of their children.

She is a mess. Needs a photofacial series, rehab and hair coloring. Her family seem like they are a bunch of fame whores who don’t care about her enough to do the right thing. That is sad and I feel terrible for her, as she seems quite lost:(

I don’t think she’s quit drugs. What’s probably happening is that her body is refusing to starve. The will is there, but the body just won’t cooperate anymore. So in her attempt to starve herself, she ends up binging.
Her belly is sticking out oddly. Maybe she’s pregnant with Sam’s baby.

What is up with her stomach? Wearing a belt like that just makes it look worse. It’s like she wants us to speculate she’s pregnant.
I just love her and hope that everything is going to be fine with her. I hope her dad will stop sending these recordings to the media. She doesn’t deserves this and I think it will only makes things worse for her and her family.

Looks like a bloated belly to me too, not preggers. If you some sort of disrordered eating, the belly can get bloated quite easily, not just right after eating. Her body propably has hard time digesting what she’s eating etc, she’s treating herself so badly. But if she was pregnant would i be sorry for her and the baby..
I have an ED and when I started eating on regular basis again, my stomach became similar to Lindsay’s for a while… not as bad as hers though… I gained alot on the stomach and then it evened out in a few weeks. My heart pours out to her, you can see how bad she’s suffering… she needs help the poor thing…

You can tell she’s been binge eating from looking at her stomach…obviously the poor girl needs help.
I’m so used to her looking strung out all the time that my first reaction was actually “oh she looks good.” When we all know, she does not.

I think her stomach just looks more bloated from the belt and the way it’s hanging…but yes, she probably is quite bloated.
Once you start eating regularly (or eating at all) after fasting, bloating is expected. Especially with bulimia. She really ought to seek help for it. A common misconception is that EDs are about vanity…not true. It’s torture/ self-destruction. The same beast as alcoholism or any other addiction for that matter.
I actually hope Lindsay reads these random blogs and seeks help. I’d hate to see another young celebrity death this year.

If she doesn’t start to get some rest, eat really healthy and ditch the stress she will end up gaining tons of weight and it will be horrible for her health not to mention self esteem. I think her body is at a healthy weight now but it is probably thirsty for some serious vitamins and minerals that she needs to catch up on and she is probably craving everything until her body gets what it needs. If I was her I would hire a nutritionist, a personal trainer and then take herself and them on a holiday where she won’t be bombarded with fans or paperazzi so she can get well.

I really don’t think that she’s pregnant. There are times when her stomach looks really bloated and huge but it’s probably coz of medication she is taking or some type of food allergy!

GEES, I hope not for the sake of the baby (IF she is preggo). @Cindy18…agree that she possibly could be binge eating…but I don’t think she has given up her drinking or drugs. When you starve yourself long enough you can end up with this horribly bloated tummy(as we see overseas…like in Africa when those little kids are dying of starvation but they have the huge bloated tummies). @Enya…you are right about the bloated tummy when recovering from an E.D. Had the same issues when I began to “refeed” myself when recovering from ana.
To give Linds benefit of doubt…could be the position of that belt & bad camera angles. Also, have to wonder…she is carrying food…but is she actually going to eat it (or purge it later)? Back in the day (2005) when Nicole Richie & Linds were skeletal…they made a big deal about taking one bit of food OR stopping at a drive-thru…but not really consuming food.
Exactly what enya said. Her belly bloat is proof she had/has an ED. The body hangs on to all food and makes you gain weight, and the belly bloats. This I know.

Looks like she’s already been bingeing and is getting more food now. Yep. No one with legs that slender has a stomach that large. It’s not just a little “pouch” like someone had mentioned. Pouches are generally low because it protects where babies develop, in addition to the lining inside the uterus. That is straight up a binge belly.

I’m going to agree with the bulimia consensus: Her belly is very obviously distended like she’s mid-binge & she has that swelling on her jawline just before her ears that some bulimics get. But that doesn’t explain why she looks 40 – god knows what she’s doing.
It always confuses me that celebrities can have entourages that follow them around all the time but never step up to say something when they are in trouble.

@ justathought… you’re welcome:) But yeah I think Lindsay would be diagnosed with EDNOS, most likely anorexia with bulimic tendencies… she’s been starving herself for quite some time now and now she’s on an eating binge… just look at her swollen jawline like Granola37 mentioned. So obvious. It’s exactly like my face becomes after I purge. She needs help.

I do think she is bulimic, she has all the tell-tale signs. But I don’t know wtf made her look so old! I think it was all that crack! lol Oh and the major tanning…. yes that would do it. I never tan. It’s terrible. Orange is gross. Men like cream colored skin a lot better! It looks like an angel!
