Her body has been looking so much healthier. Not that SHE is healthy but she looks fine at first glance. I’d feel like a bum wearing that outfit.
she has gained again, she’s like a yo-yo, goodness only knows the long term damage she’s done to her body!
Looks quite grubby, there’s something about Li Lo, she never looks really presentable!

I genuinely DO NOT GET IT! If I had the money and access this girl had, my wardrobe would be fabulous! She looks so trashy and sloppy all the time. Her and Britney both do….what is the deal with these chicks!

She needs a good going over with one of those metal-bristle brushes doctors used to use (and maybe still do) when kids would fall down and need gravel removed from their knees.

She looks really bad. And she’s gaining fast… really noticable in the legs area. She needs ALOT of therapy, a nutritionist and a trainer. And of course, support from good friends and family which really wanna help her. I have gone down similar road as Lindsay, where you do harm to yourself constantly because you don’t feel well, don’t respect yourself and are desperate for help. She needs people around her that really care about her. As for the outfit, same ol’ Lindsay… she will look better and dress better when she starts to feel better…

I have never seen a person lose and also gain weight as fast as she does!! That said her drug use is very sad and she does really need to get help. People become very abusive to their bodies when they are in the midst of active addiction so sad.
She must have started eating solid’s again, instead of snorting coke, and popping pill’s gained quite a bit in the last month. I still dont know who’s hair look’s worse Lindsay’s or Britney’s?
The media needs to leave this girl alone until she gets helps. Bloated face, injected lips, bloated belly. She looks bad. The drugs and unhealthy eating show.

Denise, I’m with you on this one. Commenting on her appearance would feel to me like kicking someone who is down. I hope she gets help soon.
She gained some weight and looks bloated and tends to have a double chin. I was so amazed how quickly Mischa gained but Lindsay is just as fast.
I feel sorry for her, her father acts like a lunatic and makes her feel bad. How can you sort out your life if even your closest family behaves like hers does.

I´m sorry and didn´t want to offend Lindsay family. It´s just that parents are so important for every child and Lindsay seems to suffer. I bet she would feel so much better if her father did not speak to public about her problems.

Enya and michkey-i agree-she does have issues-we all do…i hope she gets help as well and can find a balance to look good and happy and be healthy too, which can be hard for us women!
She is clearly bulimic. Face is bloated due to throwing up constantly, unhealthy skin tone due to lack of body’s absorption of nutrition, bloated belly from eating/purging cycle. Her face is really the dead give-away though, and adding plastic surgery only makes it all worse!
Poor girl needs help pronto! Get out of Hollywood for awhile. Go to rehab, get therapy, get a nutritionist, get a trainer, get a bath then a haircut, and hire a stylist. Then think about acting refresher class and start over!
I agree that it’s probably cruel to comment about someone’s body who is so obviously struggling with so much….BUUUT….just because you’re going through a lot is no excuse to dress like that! Seriously….pull yourself together!

I feel for her — it must have been a really rough week emotionally for her. i tried to put myself in her shoes, when I read the reports of what her father did (leaking voicemails, then taking a VERY nasty, cruel swipe at her by saying ‘No wonder God has taken her career away from her’)…anyway I think I would have felt enraged and also very unsafe/unprotected if a father figure had turned his back on me. When i get in moods like that, I feel very self-destructive and it takes emotional maturity, a good support base and solid coping mechanisms to handle it. I wouldn’t be surprised if Li Lo (who is very self-destructive) had a VERY tough time of it. And it shows in her appearance. God bless her. Her father is a total pr*ck

Even though people are like “If I had much as she does, I would dress so much better”…What yall don’t know is that probably her oufit cost close to one grand. She looks bloated, thin, and just messy.
everytime I see her, I feel sad for her. At the same time she has done it all to herself. She is a trainwreck and needs to get her career in check.
i’m confused about her, i think depending on her outfit sometimes she looks really skinny, but then sometimes she looks to have put on a few pounds.

I don’t like the added weight on her at all, she looks homely and dumpy.
Lindsay’s face looks so BLOATED. I think she has gained (elsewhere) in her body just a tiny bit…but it’s hard to get past the fuller face. She & Mischa Barton are like rail-thin (at times) BUT they BOTH gain weight so quickly…expecially in their faces.
I think that with Linds’ excessive alcohol consumption…perhaps that has a LOT to do with the bloated look. Remember Mischa Barton was horribly bloated before her hospital stay in a psych ward back in July! Mischa had been reportedly hitting the clubs every single night & drinking her way through life. LiLo is known for her wild partying, drinking (and drugs)…but eventually the alcohol probably has been adding a LOT to her BLOAT LOOK !
