If she didn’t have those hips that you’re referring to as saddlebags then she wouldn’t have a body at all. They add some much needed femininity to a very small girl. That’s the reason guys think she’s hot but don’t even know who someone like Kate Bosworth is. There’s nothing wrong with looking like a woman and not a little boy.
I really like her outfit. She has a great shape. Very feminine but very thin at the same time.
I’m not a fan of her hip/saddlebag area either. She is so petite everywhere else it just doesn’t match.

I think she does have some obvious hips/thighs. There’s nothing wrong with that. But there is also nothing wrong with women who don’t have that.
Also, as a woman who doesn’t have that, I can safely say that I don’t resemble a little boy–but rather a very thin woman, (i.e. one of the wonderful diverse shapes/sizes that women do in fact come in).
I don’t like tight or skinny jeans on her doesn’t look flattering.
Definitely shorter than I’d like to be, but as always she is “cute”. I like what she’s wearing most of the time, I like this outfit.
I have the same jeans on and black leather boots right now. Funny. I almost wore that cardigan today in a teal color but changed my mind. I did my normally straight hair wavy and thought the ruffles were too much with the fuller hair. Thank goodness I don’t have her saddlebags and am tall. I wear skinny jeans a lot. Body wise she looks the same as always.

i think she’s AWSOME, just because you dont see her being photographed stumbling out of night clubs or at stupid events that does not make her BORING, infact i think it means she has much more of a personality than the people that are as she can actually spend time having a conversation. jesus, what do you expect her to do when she’s having her picture taken walking down a bloody street? unlike some people it seems she keeps her private life private!

I am sure she doesn’t like her thighs too that’s why she is so sad. But as a short girl too I know how hard to get rid from these thighs. At seems like the weight always stays there no matter what you do.

I stumbled onto this site while searching for skinny jeans, not people, and I am appalled at all the criticism that goes on here.
You should all be really ashamed of yourselves. Criticizing other women won’t make you prettier/skinnier/etc.
Do you really have nothing better to do than analyze the appearance of someone else? No wonder women hate themselves; they know they’re mom/best friend/sister is quietly picking out all of their flaws.

As if she can’t pull off skinny jeans? She has beautifully shaped hips and thighs in my opinion, and overall she is very thin but curvy. She doesn’t exactly have a body type that needs to be “flattered”.

Love her casual look here. I cannot decide about the skinny jeans for sure. Sometimes looking at them on her, I like them & other times not liking skinny jeans on her. Her ruffled jacket is so becoming on her…she seems to “rock” it. I have not seen her on any thing since her OC days. She must be doing something…she is still out in Hollywood & photographed fairly often…she must be doing some kind of work in order to pay her bills, no?? I agree with someone else…Rachel is really aging well & will continue to do so (age) very, very well. Perhaps that’s b/c she is not the drinking, pill-popping party girl w/any DUI’s or rehab time. She looks younger than her actual age (27-years old?)
