Odd. She looks much skinnier arriving at the event compared to at her performance. She also looks much paler…if it really is from the same day, it just goes to show how much a bad camera-angle and paleness can do to ya!
it looks like she might have gained some weight. you can see it in the legs either that or all the oictures of her legs were taken at bad angles.
the performance outfit, especially the shorts, dont flatter her much. but she looks cute
i really like this girl, her figure is so cute, and i like her voice. i hope she goes far. o, and i love her sense of style.
On stage she look really flabby, but in the dress cute as always.
I guess it is just a bad day.

The white dress is very nice and she looks very pretty in it. The other outfit is just… well, nasty is the word that came to mind first.
I’m never completely sure about her face.
What the hell is she wearing at her performance? God, sooo unflattering. It’s a shame because you can see she’s a slim girl but bad angle and bad outfit, it would make even a super skinny person look bigger!

Its just a bad camera angle on the performance picture, i like the way the gossip girl actresses havent felt the need to go super skinny.
I love her face but hate the performance costume. The shorts are cute in some way but maybe too baggy. I don’t get the upper part at all and the white t-shirt makes her arms look puffier than they prob. really are. I like the shape of the red carpet dress but not the pattern.

i think she looks beautiful in the white dress but i dont like her performance outfit at all. it makes her look bigger then she really is. i much prefer her hair dark like in season 1 of gossip girl but i no she is origionally blonde. she is a really good singer n she is my favorite actress aswell.
She is wearing Cushnie ET ochs while performing and a good choice too, very daring outfit, then a more subtle cushnie ET ochs again, this time a very nice marble dress, i like her here, body wise very nice.

Blair- i totally agree! it is very refreshing! i thought they were a bit skinny in the beginning, but now they have very real sexy bodies. leighton looks great arriving, but i think the on stage outfit and angle isn’t flattering at all. sometimes i think she tries too hard to distance herself from GG.

I have noticed that she has gained a bit, you can see it in her arms and face. I love her character on Gossip Girl but I can’t say that I’m jealous of her looks. Far from it, actually.

Well, maybe she looks “fatter” in the performance because she’s pale. Tanner people look thinner. I think she looks fabulous. She’s a really good role model for being at a healthy weight. She has such a pretty face too, even if she doesn’t have on all that makeup.
She still looks thin in the stage pictures, it’s just she’s pale. I wish people would stop hating on pale people

I agree with Chloe, and I love that white dress. She always finds the cutest little dresses. Remember the green one with all the different glitters sewn in? I really wish I could find where to buy that. Does she endorse a particular brand or store?
This should be under celebrity weight gain, especially noticeable in her arms in the first picture.
I’m sorry, Leighton, you’re very pretty and slim and seem like a nice enough girl and quite often, I really like what you wear (the bodycon marble dress looks stunning on her!), but, you really can’t pull off that Chloe Sevigny ensemble in the second picture.
Especially since she was probably singing some pop song.
Chloe can. Leighton can’t.

That performance outfit is horrendous. However, in the white dress she looks gorgeous. I just think she shouldn’t wear shoes with straps around the ankle.
She’s always wearing the most ridiculous, unflattering, wannabe edgy outfits on stage and it doesn’t even fit the type of radio-friendly pop music she’s performing, either. Those strappy shoes probably don’t look good on anyone, but especially not someone with slightly heavier legs like hers.
