She´s just not healthy. I know, she is thin and skinny and thats what everyone wants these days. She has NO fat. To be healthy you NEED some fat. And I dont mean BIGBIG FAT, but some.
100% agree with Mel. Too much going on at once. Lose the hat or the flower. After getting dressed she should have looked in mirror and removed one accessory. That’s what I was taught. Less is More everytime!

Sarah has always had a tiny petite body. In person it is far more noticeable. She’s very short but proportioned. I saw her in line at a Movie Theatre once and was shocked at how small in stature she really is.
That said, She really looks best with a few extra pounds due to her long horsey face. Her hair always looks too harsh when blown dry straight.
She has killer legs and a tiny waist and looks great in body Con dresses. However, in her daily life she really lacks style believe it or not. I spot her often in NYC wearing ratty baggy jeans and wearing no makeup. If I had the luxury of buying expensive designer clothes you can bet I would wear them daily.
Her dress is so cute. Her body looks good healthier than she looked a while back. It looks like maybe she did not get breast enhancement after all… Her face is not aging well though.
Needs to have shorter hair…..it would shorten her face shape….

I give her credit for being an older (I know I’m going to get lambasted for this, but I too am “older”) actress who manages to keep a slim, trim, fit, and healthy body, albeit on the skinny side. Never been a fan of her face or her acting or her persona. I guess, the best thing I have to say about her is that, as a previous poster put it, she “does the best with what she has.”
She does look cute in pink, but the over the top accessories and outfits are just a reminder of what she lacks in the true looks department. I think she looks best when she plays up her finest assets and keeps it neutral, soft and lowkey with the clothes, jewelery, and makeup. Of course, I’m picturing a perfume ad, so I guess I should add “airbrushing” as well.
Does she look a little healthier weight-wise?
I don’t know. Good job for a woman her age.

I sort of want her to gain weight just to see if it will improve her face. I’m actually really sick the fact there are heaps of actresses who are thin but with unfortunate faces, but not very many with beautiful faces who aren’t stick thin. But I love Carrie on SATC!

I’ve always admired her tiny, well-proportioned body and she’s always looked like this, never fluctuates. She’s one of the few I believe when they say they have a fast metabolism. And I like that she’s never ‘fixed’ her nose to look like everyone else.
Yuck. The dress is pretty, but agree way to much is going on. That second picture is atrocious, she looks manly almost. After a certain age you have to give up the super mini and fishnets even if you have the body for it, sorry.

She is at a really good weight. You can tell she still has some good little fat in her arms, boobs, legs etc. Like the bare minimum. I don’t know anyone could think she looks too thin. She looks very healthy. You can tell this because she hasn’t lost her boobs! LOL. If you look at the first pic you can tell she is healthy. I think people are thinking she’s too skinny cause of the veins but thats because she is older and her skin is therefore thinner. She looks excellent and the outfit is awesome!
I love SJP-so she has a very different “look”, but I love her style. This outfit is outrageous yet it works SO well on her!

I am awed every time I see her figure. How fortunate she is to have been blessed with a body that has aged so gracefully. She is one of the few 40 year olds I know who can pull off such an ensemble. Go Sarah Jessica!

She has a nice body! and although she’s not the typical standard of “beauty”, she owns it and I LOVE that she hasn’t gotten a nose job like many other celebrities have. work it girl!
She trained as a dancer, and dancers often age fantastically well. Dancing (depending on the type) can create the ideal body type IMO –strong and long-looking, even if you’re petite. SJP also knows how to pose beautifully and she just carries herself well in general. That also comes from the dancing, i think.

@ a couple of the posters commending her for not getting a nose job – she HAS had her nose done. Google “before” pictures. There was just only so much that poor surgeon could do so that’s why it still looks like that.

I know shes always been thin but at her age she might look better with some more curves and fat. Although maybe this is just her body type. Some people can gain weight but never really gain curves and still have a manish body. At least she looks like shes at a healthy weight. Not sure about the second outfit. Is the “pimp” look in now?

Her dress is very cut, but with that coat and hat it looks like she’s dressing like a pimp for Halloween. I agree she does have a nice body, but her facial fetures are very unfortunate for someone who is constantly in the spotlight.
