I think she could end up really nasty looking if she keeps up with this surgery. I thought she looked perfectly fine without it, now she just looks like a wacko with a frankenface

The best thing about this post is how you call her “Reality TV personality”, not “actress” or “star” not even “celebrity”. That’s the best (politically correct) description of her I’ve ever heard
I can’t help it, I really like Stephanie Pratt. I think she’s pretty. She’s getting very skinny though.
Good for her for helping the less fortunate, I agree with jff, even though it might’ve been for publicity she still helped.

Do homeless people in L.A. Really want asparagus wrapped with sliced turkey? What, are they watching their figure while waiting for their “big break” into acting? How about real turkey or potatoes, something more filling! Just thinking. Stephanie looks the same to me for awhile. Hard to tell with the apron.

Did she do this 100% for herself AND out of “goodness of her heart”? and her “reputation” and 0% for for the publicity??? Think she’s just seeking “attention”. Another LiLo trick…who very RECENTLY went to India to help participate in a documetary w/the BBC on Children & “trafficking” of the girls & young women. Lilo (IMO) did her humanitarian efforts to try to get out of the country and try to give the illusion of “cleaning up” her wild party girl, pill popping, and God knows what Linds’ is into.
She looks pretty and she is helping those in need.
She looks good skinny. She should keep her weight at this but no smaller
Even if she is doing it for publicity atleast shes doing something which is more than can be said for most. Maybe it will inspire some people to do the same.
Anyway shes getting very thin indeed.

on a side note, how dumb is this –
i used to work in a muffin shop, everyday we would throw out at least 30 unused muffins, i suggested we donate them to some sort of charity that could give them to homeless people, my boss had already tried that, they wouldn’t accept them because they weren’t in sealed packages!!!!!!! these people eat out of the trash for god’s sake!!!!

Well at least she did something nice, for whatever her reasons. She does look better since she slimmed down but her face has changed and doesn’t look as good now.
Definitely agree with jff, sanne and caroline, I’d much rather see her do this rather than a speidi, calling the paps when she’s in a bikini on the beach.
She’s definitely lost a little too much now though, needs another 5-10 pounds and she’s be perfect. I’ve always thought she’s a really pretty girl.
I can’t really tell if she’s too thin in that get-up. I CAN say that her colored lenses freak me out. Looks like she’s from planet DUNE.
how do any of you know whats in her heart? You people act as if celebrities or “stars” don’t have any feelings and do everything for attention. heres a thought…um they’re human too. helping the homeless Vs. Sex tape “accidentally” being released like Kim K…thats someone who is hungry for attention.

@Connie –hilarious & a good point! I used to volunteer with homeless people and, yes, they definitely needed and wanted a good square meal.
We all know she did this for attention, but at least it was for a good cause lol

Well if she did it for attention this is a better way for her to get attention rather than being on the hills. I hate that show and i really dont care for her either! She looks thin but i cant really see much in thi outfit.

As for Stephanie – I haven’t seen her on TV or anything, but she looks really cute here! Pretty eyes.
She does look great though. The weight loss really works for her. Really looks great on her.
