Um wow, she’s a bit of a mess now, huh? She looks out of it. If you don’t lose weight the healthy way it really seems to show. It’s too bad because I like the outfit.
Most people would not look too thin at her BMI but she is pretty large boned and because of that she looks better with just a touch more weight on, IMO. While her arms and legs look fine – her jaw, shoulders and hands look a little gaunt.
Wow she aged like 15 years by losing that weight.
I think she looks okay weight-wise, but her face looks like it aged about 10 years.
When I saw her bikini pictures, I noticed she seemed to have a large bone frame. Her hips and waist looked near as thick as her shoulders. She looks too gaunt. I think she could set off her torso’s proportions if she had more meat on her arms and legs.
She looks very tired.

She has lost a lot. I hope she takes care of her health. Cute dress but a bit too harsh make up.

I agree that she lost a lot of weight and it aged her, but I wouldn’t classify her as a “big boned” person as many of you have. Khloe K, Mariah Carey, etc are big boned ppl… She certainly isn’t naturally this thin, but not big boned…
very nice, creating the illusion of an actual waist. No point in losing anymore, her torso will be boxy and her limbs will end up looking frail. I am so thankful to have a waist, not much TnA but I do have some femininity lol.

She’s actually a pretty cool girl considering who her brother is! She looks good, but shouldn’t lose any more weight.

It’s obvious she didn’t lose the weight in a healthy manner. She does look pretty though. She should focus on health and not being skinny.
I have the same problem as Stephanie Pratt seems to have im slim and at the low scale of my BMI and very healthy but because im fairly big boned IMO i can sometimes look too skinny as my collar bone sticks out and my wrists look boney, sigh.
are those scars in the creases of her arms, at her elbows??

I’m not sure what you guys are talking about, she looks great! The only thing different in these pictures is that she isn’t smiling. If smiling causing you to age 10 years, all of us our in a lot of trouble..

She looks better than before to me but still too thin. Honestly i dont care about her anymore. Shes jus trying to ride on Her brothers coat tails and hes not even that famous himself! She should have never even gotten a part on the Hills (which btw i heard she was fired from for partying). Really i hope she gets some help.

Her boobs are not saggy. That’s what actual breasts look like. We are so used to seeing implants that we have no idea what real women look like. Saggy breasts do not look like that…they are when the nipple is completely facing the ground. Other than that, its just the shape of regular breasts.
