The super-hunky and talented Gerard Butler was photographed on the beach in Barbados this past weekend…

It looks like his physique has changed quite a bit since his muscular ‘300′ days! Still amazingly hot though, IMHO.

    I honestly don’t see what all the fuss is about this guy. Never found him attractive before, and now he just looks worse than ‘average’. But hey, maybe it’s just me that thinks this…

    I’ve never really seen the appeal (in a physically attractive way I mean!) of Gerard Butler. NOT because I think I’m better looking or anything or that I prefer better looking people (the opposite probably actually).

    I mean, I’ve seen him in the interviews and he is genuinely lovely and funny and he’s a fit, good looking chappy, but y’know.

    I don’t really know what I’m trying to say.

    His 300 muscles were digitally enhanced.

    UK Elle, yes may have been somewhat digitally enhanced, but he was a LOT more fit back then. He’s changed quite a bit. :)

    Well, I like his films and interviews and that is what makes him attractive to me.
    His face is o. k. … but his body… that`s a little bit too chubby for my personal taste. He looks like the absolute average guy living next door. He should avoid gaining weight because otherwise his next role could be alwin, the chipmunk.

    Here we go again… I hate those double standarts. Any woman or girl with only a tiny bit of fat on her body (sometimes even none at all) get trashed on this site by the commenters for being fat/having thick tights or whatever. But this guy who’s just hairy and flabby (stomach and arms…ladies??) is considered to be hot?! Am I missing something here?

    I think he is pretty unattractive, and he’s really let himself go. I agree with all the comments on double standards, if this were the bikini photos of Tyra Banks when she gained we’d all be criticsing her. He’s gained weight and he looks terrible.

    The swim trunks are what’s ruining this picture for me, honestly. I mean, he’s not what he was in 300, but then again, that movie was all about the airbrushing and special effects – I mean, there’s no way 300+ guys, including the extras, could all have the EXACT SAME set of abs. No way. But the swim trunks are killing this…please, Gerard, trade those out for something looser and less…pink. LOL

    I never saw his appeal… wait, if I’m honest I did sort of see it before he bulked up so much. Can’t say I find that look attractive.

    I suspect even if he lost a couple pounds and started working out, I still wouldn’t find him attractive. Just doesn’t do it for me. But in general, I’m all for a little man candy, every now and then, Rian, don’t get me wrong! How about a post on Sam Worthington or Dave Franco? Or Chace Crawford?

    im a man…and im saying he is fat, and needs a tan. I don’t understand why he would want to loose that body he had in 300. if this guy was a woman half of you would be ready to ship him to fat camp..while i want to ship him to fat camp…gross..ive seen him walk down the streets of nyc before and thought omg he is so hott, deff got swagger. but these pictures totally changed my mind..like when u go home with someone who is really hot and then they take off their shirts and you are like gross, please leave.
