I think she looks beautiful i like the Elie Saab fall 2009 dress, and i like the fact that she didn’t match the clutch and the shoes with her dress.
She is skinny but she is like this for some time now.. if not ever
There’s something very, very creepy about her face. I can’t put my finger on it, but it freaks me out.

im not a fan of her low weight or looks in general but she is very talented!
Mickey – yeah her face is too long to wear a high updo like that.. And she should gain some weight, being this skinny just makes her look older.
She’s built similarly to Jen Garner. They’re pear-shaped chicks whose faces suffer when they workout too much. Hilary’s one of my faves, too.

She IS pretty thin! In ‘boys don’t cry’ she had a prebuescent boy’s figure! She is teeny!
She’s not especially pretty, but I don’t know if filling out would do much for her. She’s always been tiny and tomboyish.
More importantly, she’s very talented and I like her classy style. Admirable.
I like her but i never thought she was beautiful..she has something mascular in her face I think? But still an amazing actress..i’m not feeling the black weird shaped coat thought

Love her dress, not the hair. The hairstyle doesn’t suit her face shape. It accentuates the wrong things. She is super tiny and fit though…maybe too much?
Her face is really unusual and masculine. I actually she was cute as a guy in Boys Don’t Cry lol. Her body is always thin and muscular, she’s very disciplined.

she looks thin all right, but i think she’s still healthy, as she’s always been a rather sporty person. on an off note, i think she has really aged (not that she looks old, just in comparison to what she looked like a couple of years ago).
She may have the skinny look down, but up-dos aren’t for her. She looks so aged.

Yikes! She does look thinner than usual. And that hairdo is awful, something long and flowing would be much prettier on her manly features.
Fabulous actress but in desperate need of a stylist who will make her look younger and fresher. This look just makes her appear ancient.

I dont know if weight gain would help her look younger and fresher, but it couldnt hurt to try! so bony…..she’d probably be healthier too…just a little around the face and middle to soften her up….

Her figure is always on point but her face is just so harsh. Her features are so sharp and masculine.
Poor thing has the kind of face that does not age well. Good actress, however.

This is worst I’ve seen her….she is usually quite stunning. She isn’t “naturally” thin as some of you said. In an interview I heard her say that she runs at least 5 days a week, does pilates 2-3 times a week and is also into martial arts.

Even if she does work out a lot, I’d still consider her figure natural if she isn’t starving herself. And I remember her from way back on the original 90210 and she was always this small, just maybe not so ‘toned’.
I love the dress but what is she doing at an event for Etam? Isn’t that an H&M-like fashion chain??
If she gained 10 lbs, she would look years younger.
A big part of the problem is with the fisheye lens they used to take these photos. It really distorts her body.
not a fan of those jutting collar bones… a few more pounds would do her good.

Shes always been this thin. Her face looks a little manish to me but shes a wonderfully talented actress! I love her movies. Not to crazy about the updo though.

She looks so much older than she is because she’s not got enough flesh in her face. And the rest. I love what she’s wearing though and I simply adore her as an actress.
