Random Models On The Catwalk

The models all seem to be a teeny bit healthier this time around.

These models do look a little healthier; perhaps the big clothes gives off the impression, but I hope that this trend continues!
Yeah, the models look skinny but not scary skinny. It’s amazing how much better they look in the faces. Less gaunt.

It is nice to see healthy looking models! Not walking skeletons! After so many models died, I think people are turning the bone skinny trend around. Yea.
I like these models alot, not bony skinny but good skinny…makes me feel good about myself and not horrible.
I think they don’t look quite *as* bony skinny as they really are because they are wearing flat industrial boots which aren’t nearly as elongating and thinning for the legs as the typical mega-heels we usually see on the catwalk.
they do look healthier. i believe i see…muscle!?? *gasp*
by the way, does anyone else have the hershey kiss cookies ad at the top?? kind of ironic on the skinny website

I don’t know, I think its the boots with no heels and loose fitting clothes that make them appear more healthy, I think the may be almost just as thin as ever.
I think that it might just be the baggy clothes giving the illusion that they’re larger.
I think they are still underweight, but not anorexic. my oh my what our perception of bodies has come to…Blah Blah. but i have to admit i like the faces of nearly all of them. goes to show what a little meat can do to “embellish” a face!
I like the models skinny- really skinny. The last two look pretty skinny, but I don’t think average people should do catwalk.

They look way better than twigs, I hope this continues and they get a little bigger over time.

they look around the same..i can’t tell, but they look very young, some of them. The dress on the last girl, i like that one!
Way cute clothes! The last pic the model looks 12 years old. Really pretty girls though.
@so: this is a blog about weight not fashion, that’s why we look at the body and not really at the clothes (but yes, some clothes are wearable which is nice). i’m just explaining the reason, i don’t want to start a fight because i won’t have time to answer tomorrow xD
for me they are too skinny…I prefer more feminine bodies. the legs of the third model are fine, but the others… ok, being skinny and have low dangerous BMIs it’s part of their job (it’s completely stupid imo, but ok…).
Sorry… I’ve seen the show live just a couple of hours before. It was really SCARY. the girls looked like they were going to faint or something.. they looked hungry. really hungry.
THese girls are appropriately thin for models. Make the clothes look good, but aren’t scary.
@so-This site is called skinny website, not fashion website. People come on here to comment on weight(among other things) Come on people, use your brain.

ahhh they look fantastic! thank you berlin! I think this is what models should look like, maybe a tiny big bigger(take us back to the 90s to Crawford, Evangelista, and Campbell PLEASE)

this is really awesome. i don’t mind thin models if they look healthy-thin rather than starving thin. this is refreshing. these models will thank themselves later.

So you would rather a stick thin girl to walk the cat walk even if that means shes killing herself to do so. And these girls are not average, they are borderline too thin.
they are not so skinny,the last one is still baby,in her age I was stick thin…
I like the big shoes i guess, the legs appear thinner because of them!!
I still prefer skinnier models, but theese girls looked alright even though their shoes are flat.
I bet that if they weren’t wearing so baggy clothes, they’d looks much more skinnier. Even super (scary) skinny.
in my opinion they’re all still very thin. the light is very soft, which would help make them look healthier/less bony.
They are still very skinny and I would not call them healthy looking. I love the dress in the second picture.

they are still very skinny imho but i know what you means by calling them healthier than the models we have seen over the last years.i think that all of them could stand to have more muscle. hope that this trend is continuing.
I’m all for healthier models, but i must admit seeing skinny celebs and models all the time propably has skrewed my perspective on what’s healthy skinny and what’s underweight a bit. I love a toned, lean body, and i think definition of muscle makes it easier to look better, but i also love the regular skinny models when they don’t look like theyir bones could break any minute. I do think a lot of models are very malnurished, and that most who claim to be naturally thin really aren’t (at least not THAT thin). Maybe if at least a small variety of sizes was allowed in the rynway more than at the moment, the models could be more confident in eating healthily and not too little (eating healthy food doesn’t cut it if u’re not eating nearly enough, it baffles me how some ppl claim to eat well just bc their diet consists of lean protein and lots of veggies and fruits, or the kinds..) But if it’s not an extreme case of anorexia or obesity, i can’t really tell who’s healthy just by looking, and as both skinny and not so skinny body can be beautiful IMO, i don’t have any specific size etc that i’d like to see on the runway.
YAY!! I never thought I’d see the day when models didn’t look like they were going to die. These girls are healthy looking, though still very slim.
I don’t feel totally bad about my body right now. Imagine that.
I prefer thinner models. These girls here are “girl next door” not “fashion”, IMO. However, if there´s a change in society´s wiev of beauty towards healthier and heavier girls I will NOT FOLLOW bc I love being skinny.

All of the models are pretty. I think that the size shown above is perfect for runway since honestly I hate to be rude, but I don’t want to see large women walking runway.
@ JAMIE: I am thin and trust me i still dont want to see girl walking down a runway who are so thin they are at risk of dying. I know its fashion but it needs to change. GIrls are dying just to be skinny enough to walk down a runway.

they all look good!!! i’m suprised, usually runway models are grossly boney, but they look nice. i think models are supposed to be thin and tall, that’s just what looks best in clothes. but there is a difference between thin and boney.
to all the people who say they need to look more “average” or heavier, they just aren’t being realistic. if models looked like the average plain jane, anyone could be a model.
oh my goshh they actually look like a naturally skinny person! I mean, no deadly bones, actually some flesh on the thighs. I miss the skinniest ones though.
