Also, at the end of this post there are some photos of Heidi wearing lingerie in a Caesar’s Palace suite in Las Vegas.

Gorgeous (and obviously enhanced) figure as usual, but oh my… what did she do to her face?! She used to be so pretty! Now she looks about 15 years older than she is!

Estimates of Heidi Montag’s weight are always in the 100-110 lbs range and she’s 5′2″ so could someone explain to me how such a small frame can support DDD boobs?
Honestly, I’ve heard of people that size getting breast reductions because the weight of their larger busts caused back pain so how does she do it?

The second to last picture, FYI, is NOT flattering for her new jaw. The angle is making it look HUGE. Just a thought for future pictures since she hated her jaw haha.
Anyway, I still think it’s so sad that she is only TWO years older than me. I’m 21, but I look more like I’m 17, whereas she is 23, but looks like she’s 35! I’d much rather stay natural & just be who I am than look nothing like I did before.
I understand that everyone has their own thing, but this much so young…it’s just not needed. Your body will change & age a bit as it is, so why want to speed that up? I think her boobs look laughable at best, especially that side angle view. & she wants to go bigger. If she does, she will just honestly be one step away from a porn star. That’s all she’ll have to offer since no one will take her seriously. Minor surgeries can really enhance, but the changes shouldnt be so drastic. :\

i saw an interview where she could barely move her face. and you know, her reasons to get surgery were legit–to feel more comfortable in her own skin, and who are we to say she felt that way or not?–but my goodness, woman, you did no good to yourself after those last 10 or so surgeries.

Well, if plastic surgery makes her happy… I just think she didn’t look that bad beforehand, so why put yourself through the pain and even worse, the risks of surgery? I find Heidi Montag highly annoying and I doubt she’s very bright, but hey, each to their own. She’s found the perfect match in her husband, who is as annoying as she is.
