Her face is so pretty, it doesn’t matter that she’s not toned/super-skinny. Same goes for Hilary Duff, Rachel McAdams, Sophia Bush (they all look “healthier” than celebs in general imo). And they can “get away” with not being super skinny because they are so attractive…kristen is like an outcast when it comes to Hollywood and famous people and I love that about her.
i respect her so much. she is an actress who focuses soley on acting.. not on her image or any of that. people giving negative comments need to snap out of it and join the real world.

She seems like she’d be cool to hang out with. She couldn’t have picked a less flattering dress for her arms, but really bfd.
I think she looks fine (except the hair — too much product in the bangs), but she would look a lot better if she learned to stand with confidence and pose just a little bit. Nothing too extreme. She just needs a little more grace.

I’m with all the others who like this girl and her attitude. It’s interesting how she almost seems to offend those here who think otherwise, like they get pissed off that she’s managed to have a career without jumping through all the usual stupid hoops.

I think she gains weight in her arms first because when she looks a few pounds heavier my eyes go right to her arms. But then I’ll see another set of photos and she’s back to looking skinny, so I’m guessing it’s just water retention or literally a couple pounds… Probably the next post you do of her she’ll look thin again

It’s nice to see she’s staying true to herself, more or less, but sometimes it seems to me like it’s all a bit of an act, and the result of her insecurity, but that’s ok too, not always being secure and poised, and spurting out silly things in interviews. But i don’t feel like praising her just bc she isn’t “the typical blond bimbo with big boobs” and what not.. Like those are the only 2 options. There are loads of actresses in Hollywood that hmm.. aren’t blonds, ehh, no but that aren’t stupid airheads. You don’t have to be rebellious, or anything, to be real, to be who you want to be.
I really do wish they would make an effort to style this girl so that it’s compatible with her personality. It’s obvious she doesn’t so much like showing off her legs – or even heels particularly – but they put her in a short skirt and sky high heels every single time on the red carpet. And then her body language just screams UNCOMFORTABLE at the top of it’s lungs.
If she was in a style more compatible with her own personal style then she’d be more relaxed and being personable in situations she isn’t that at ease in would come more easily.
Every time they style her it’s in direct opposition with who she is – and it always shows. I mean, compare her look with Ellen Page’s on the red carpet. I don’t think they’ve ever managed to force Ellen into something she didn’t want to wear – and she looks better for it. It doesn’t matter how great something looks on you – if you’re not happy about wearing it – it shows.

WAY too much is expected from people appearance-wise. It’s hard to keep up with it. I find this cruel. The reason so many girls have body image issues? People like you who make these horrible disrespectful comments. Just because you’re not saying it to her face doesn’t mean it’s okay.

Apart from that, her body shape is becoming clearer as she’s getting older, I think she’s a sort of V-shape, if I’m right. Bigger up top, skinny legs. She still has legs to die for. That dress does not suit her body shape, makes her arms look a bit chubby and her shoulders a bit broad. Saying that, she does look good for someone who has openly said they’re ’skinny fat’ and don’t do anything to maintain their shape.
Also, SHUT UP about pale being ‘ugly’. Kristen would look bloody terrible with a tan. People with skin that pale DO NOT look remotely better with a tan, they look a state. I’m about as pale as her, and fake tan looks HORRIBLE on me. And it isn’t because I can’t apply it!
I can’t get a natural tan either because I look at the sun and burn. Nothing she can do about being that pale without looking like a total state. I LOVE the pale!

I have only seen her in the movie twilight and sorry twilight fans, she was not the greatest of actresses in that movie. She’s an average girl with a normal healthy body. She just seems normal, I do not think she has large arms like some of the comments, she just not toned.
Yes, blond and boobs aren’t the only two choices in Hollywood, but they sure as hell are pretty prevalent there and the pressure to conform must be enormous, especially if the industry glorifies phoniness and doing whatever it takes to succeed even if it means sacrificing your own personal integrity (i.e. becoming something you hate). So I most definitely praise her for being awkward and weird and still managing to find success.

I love Kristen’s normalacy. She doesn’t care what anyone thinks and she is a great actress, lots of talent packed in her. Doesn’t matter if you think so or not she is bringing in more money then most of you will see in your lifetime.

Her hair is still probably growing out from that role as joan jett and sue her if she doesn’t want to pay for a stylist. She would look smoking hot if she exercised just alittle (she admitted to not exercising at all in an interview) but that would be difficult given her smoking habit. She looks better as a blonde….
