They are way, way too thin. There is nothing feminine about their stick thin bodies. Its funny to think they are models for a company that sells bras but I think they both could get away without one. Please VS, bring back the models that actually somewhat represent what a real grown up woman looks like.

I have always been a fan of rosie. She’s just a genetic miracle basically haha…. Perfectly pretty face and amazing slim figure with curves (albeit slight). Alessandra is beautiful and body amazing too, but in these pics she looks a little off.. Too skinny and it’s affecting her face. Maybe just the contrast between her face and rosies youthful looking face is magnifying the problem..

Alessandra is starting to resemble Marc “Skeletor” Anthony. NOT good. I think it’s irresponsible of VS to let her get this thin when agencies around the world have been forced to ban models with BMI<18. Whar kind of image are they trying to promote with this? i am sorry but alessandra looks like an alien, especially in the first picture. I never saw what the fuss was all about when it came to her, she’s thin but I thought models were supposed to have a somewhat pretty face; she always looked manly.
I really miss the way the vs models USED to look. That’s what set them apart and made them much more appealing than runway models.
Also, Rosie needs to find a new pose. She reminds me of a dog in heat.. ha

It seems to me that Alessandra thinks that being thinner will help compensate for her age but what she doesn’t realize is being this skinny makes her look even older! and she looks terribly insecure in these pictures, you can tell she is comparing herself to the other model who you can tell is alot younger and does look alot better than her because even thogh they are both too thin the other model pulls it off better than her.

They both look gorgeous; weight wise they both look fine. People always mention how models don’t represent ‘real women’. But they are real women, what they don’t represent is the other women out there who don’t like to exercise or eat well- so they have that extra fat on them.
I don’t think Alessandra is any thinner than usual, which is not saying much. She is just not attractive to me in any way. Not a pleasant face or body or anything, but I guess that’s what ‘fashionably skinny’ looks like.
That other girl looks average-cute, not stunning obviously, she’s a VS model after all; so her job basically consists of looking skinny, hot but still ordinary.

Alessandra Ambrosio looks absolutely terrible, in my opinion. This is definitely speculation on my part, but she looks like she got that way because of drugs. However she got that way, I don’t understand why. Who is telling these girls that they need to get rid of all of their body fat? It looks so horrible. Suffering for fashion is stupid enough, but suffering for fashion and looking awful in the process is downright insane.
Both look awful in my opinion. Rosie has strange features and nothing special about her body. Alessandra looks close to death.

I think she’s stunning, i love this girl. She is very thin but she always looks really toned too. I wouldn’t have the self dicipline to come close to looking that good. The height would also help to she’s pretty tall. I’m pretty sure if i looked like her i wouldn’t have a single worry in the world haha. All that said i think she looks great!

rosie whats-her-name looks rather pretty, but they both have the most hideous provocative poses, its so strange and slightly tiering.
That’s why it’s better to have a rounder face sometimes. Miranda Kerr still looks youthful and pretty no matter how skinny she gets, whereas girls who were pretty when they were younger and had lovely slim faces turn into horses if they try to stay that skinny (ie. Giselle, Alessandra, Julia Roberts, Sarah Jessica Parker, Marissa Miller, Jennifer Aniston). Yay for round faces (silver lining)!! Also, she will age herself horribly being at that weight, your body (esp your face) needs at least some fat and collagen to stay youthful.
The pictures do look a bit distorted though.
it looks like there’s an inner fight at victoria’s secret. everybody wants to be the “skinniest”. look at miranda kerr or alessandra ambrosio. they really look emaciated, not at all sexy any more. and it really frightens me that people think that this actually is sexy!

There´s nothing wrong with their weight, it´s their body shape which isn´t VS at all. Models can be both skinny and curvy, like Candice Swanepoel or Miranda Kerr, with tiny upper bodies and wide hips. Ale is just not the VS type, not sure about Rosie. They should be modelling sports wear or so.
Yes – there is definitely a reason why they are models. BUT, they are too skinny (especially Alessandra – I’m still confused, that she has won the best body 2009 competition on this side).

I stopped buying V.S and started getting other brands. Anymore there sizes are weird. They need to bring back the more confident woman look (grown up look) and not the emaciated young tween look. These woman look so old, but scary skinny. Their breast implants are the only thing thats holding.

Viewing Alessandra (however you spell her name) more up close (and not far away shooting bikini pictures) and in un-retouch photos, im not pleased. She needs to eat carbs because her face doesnt look healthy esp. with the lip injections. I think sunscreen, good eating, weight gain would help a lot.
