Amanda Seyfried Follows The Raw Food Diet

Amanda recently revealed in the April issue of Esquire magazine that she has been following a raw foods diet in order to stay thin for her movie roles.
“It’s intense,” she said of her diet. “And sort of awful. Yesterday for lunch? Spinach. Just spinach. Spinach and some seeds.”
(Hopefully she knows that there are a lot of foods other than greens and seeds that can be eaten on the raw foods diet!)
Amanda has spoken in past interviews about staying thin for movie roles:
“If I didn’t run and work out, there’s no way I would be this thin,” she told Glamour magazine in an earlier interview.
“But I have to stay in shape because I’m an actress. It’s f***ed up and it’s twisted, but I wouldn’t get the roles otherwise.”

meh she’s boring
“NO WAY I WOULD BE THIS THIN” ???.. She’s not even that thin..like really. I’ve seen much smaller girls who doesn’t even do the raw food diet (just exercise and eat right and are way thinner than her)
she’s not that thin.
Absolutely gorgeous. I hope she doesn’t end up stick thin, one of the most refreshing things about her is that she she has a sort of normal figure (In ‘Big Love’ at least).
Roland Mouret rainbow collection, stunning dress, young, fun, and she rocks it!
Hate to break it to her but she isn’t “this thin” more normal. But she is cute.
it’s really refreshing to hear an actress be so upfront and honest about her efforts to be thin.
By “regular person” standards, she is definitely thin!
I’m glad she’s not one of those celebrities who says “oh, I eat big macs and run around after my kids” as an explanation for being a size 0
Has young Hollywood totally missed the memo on foundation garments? Amanda, darling, one of your tits looks like it’s off looking for water. BRA. NOW.
She has a great body and I love this dress!
Because she has allowed this vulger language to come out of her mouth, all respect for her is completly lost.
she has fatty knees … and looks like a fish.
Help me decide if her honesty is refreshing or plain dumb. People whom are being looked up shouldn’t talk about their eating or exercising habits at all: it can be a bad example because what works for you (along with your genetic predisposition) won’t have the same results on others. For the sake of young girls looking up to you, just shut up!
Oh yeah, and you DEFINTELY aren’t THAT skinny!
Looove this girl!!! At last somebody spoke the truth!
i love her,she looks SO amazing!
She might mean ‘thin for her’, and not comparing herself to other what people here deem standard skinny celebrities. In actual reality I would think she would be envied by most.
at least she’s not lying about it, but she looks great!
I think she’s very petite!! Not scary skinny or anything, but I would hardly call this girl “normal.”
@It–I agree. It’s refreshing to hear someone admit that successful actress = very thin = lots of exercise and dieting (and it’s harder for some than others–look what happened to poor Mischa.)
Cute girl, her boobs look sloppy in that dress…
I think she naturally has a curvier physique, and this is thin for her. Either way, I think she looks pretty here.
I don’t get where all this self-righteous hatred is coming from–the girl is frickin skinny! Any thinner and she’d be a twig, and it must be REALLY hard for her to maintain that. Look at her legs–just because her skin hasn’t become translucent, it doesn’t mean she’s not thin.
I love her unique, insanely feminine beauty. Hope the poor thing finds a balance some day and quits the spinach for lunch diet. I’m suprised she hasn’t hired a kick ass raw chef. Even in the Midwest, there is a Raw resteraunt that fills me to the brim and knocks my socks off. They even have amazing dessert! Borrowed Earth Cafe for any interested midwesterners.
she’s beautiful, I think she’s much thinner that in her Mean girls days. I bet it’s pretty hard to keep the good shape for her, but it’s so refreshing that she’s honest, not lying about how she drinks a glass of water and feels full and happy all day.
to the people being all “pshhh she’s not even that thin”:
i get what she means by that comment. she’s saying she’s not even super thin, and she eats right and works out. so she knows she would be larger (average) without all that.
as for the comment on the roles she wouldn’t get, i’m glad she said it because that’s how i feel…it sucks but that’s definitely how it is in hollywood.
She’s thin and really pale! I used to think she was really pretty but I’m not seeing that much now.
she has been everywhere lately! i like that she admits that she has to eat super healthy as an actress, instead of just saying it’s natural. and she’s really pretty!
She’s pretty thin. The raw food diet is healthy, btw. MUCH healthier than the typical American diet. It’s kind of sad that people think eating fresh vegetables instead of greasy meat, deep fried, breaded and altered junk is abnormal.
i don’t like her in movies. the large eyes have a creepy factor to them. cute girl, just not my cup of tea.
Oh my, isn’t she screaming for attention? While I admire her honesty I strongly believe that she should reassess her thoughts before blurting them out. Girls will read this magazine, young girls at a vunerable age. If I read this 5 years ago, there is no doubt in my mind that I would have tried to do what she’s doing and quite possibly messed up my life beyond repair. She is in no way a class act and obviously needs the publicity.
um just spinach? that sounds crazy. and u think shed be like stick thin if she was eating like that, but shes not, maybe she just started eating like that?
very pretty! but at that age..im guessing early 20s..how hard can it be? work out..eat well..it shouldnt be an extreme diet already!
like the other girls say..shes not THAT thin.
@happyvegetarian:
yes, brilliant argumentation! Because every human being is supposed to look the same way and be the same weight. And if some of us can be effortlessly thin it must mean the others are doing it wrong.
I have friends who naturally have and have always had a BMI of 15; but no doubt, there are girls who follow a strict diet to maintain a BMI of 18-19.
Amanda is undoubtedly thin (not emaciated, but thin!) and if she claims she wouldn’t be this size if she wasn’t dieting, well, I don’t see why she should be lying. Most celebrities try to kid us into thinking they don’t care/are genetical freaks with superfast metabolisms etc. etc.
Yes, I follow the raw food diet too, however, it’s only one part of my diet. I never thought she looked too concerned about her weight, these pictures and statements prove otherwise, sad.
the dress is too long and puffy to see enough of her body to determine whether she’s too thin or not.. though i think she might have quite muscular legs.
it’s kind of sad though she has to go to such lengths to stay in shape. my arms are thinner than hers and i don’t even have to try. but it’s good to see a celebrity honestly admitting they’re not naturally skinny, but actually work for it.. instead of claiming they do nothing but laze on the couch all day and eat hamburgers and don’t ‘understand why they’re so skinny’.
She’s absolutely gorgeous in my opinion.
I agree, she´s not THAT thin. I´m thinner than her, just by exercising regularly und eating healthy. but raw food, no cheese, no bread ? I would die
I love her look. SHE IS REAL and that is what I like.
I could never follow the raw food diet, but I am very particular with my diet (just try to keep it healthy) and exercise regularly. I think it is refreshing that she does say it takes work and she doesn’t say she eats whatever in sight and never exercises… I don’t think she is really thin at all though.
Check her out in her new movie Chloe..and there she is really thin, especially her legs. she is naked a lot in the movie, so you can really see that she could not be really more thin in a healthy way…
(b.t.w. the movie is not that good as I was expecting it to be)
Oh christ, people, she’s not saying she’s “that thin.” She said she wouldn’t be “this thin.” For her. Not for a bunch of starving bobbleheads.
I think she looks good, but it’s sad if this is the thinnest she can get while following such a strict diet. What would she look like if she followed a more normal diet? She must have a slow metabolism.
Her eyes scare me. Not a pretty face in my opinion but she looks good body wise.
I really respect that she is honest about making an effort to maintain her figure. At her size (slim, but not thin) she knows she could get away with saying that she even doesn’t try, eats whatever she wants, etc (many girls are naturally even smaller than this and I’m sure she knows that) but still is honest about diet and exercise. Like this girl. She is gorgeous as well.
You know a lot of doctors say that we can eat whatever we want and even go longer periods not eating, our bodies are well-equipped to adjust to most diets, even fast-food is fine in moderation. But if some people insist on only eating raw foods or fish and vegetables, like Amanda apparently, that’s their choice and whatever works for them.
I actually think that she looked better in Mean Girls when she had more weight to her, for some reason she now looks more squarish to me and I don’t find that very attractive. Don’t think her legs are great either, but I find her face really beautiful and I like that she’s sticking with her natural ‘dirty’ blond hair.
Umm can you say JEALOUSY???
my God people, this is probably one of the first women in Hollywood that is honest about their diet. I 100% agree with her that its “messed” up that they have to do it, but its true.
P.S. she looks AMAZING and yes, she is THIN. Raw food “diet” is AWESOME and it is amazingly healthy for you despite what others say.
Not that I think her medium-blonde hair looks dirty here, quite the opposite, it looks radiant. Just to clarify.
she looks great. and she looks pretty skinny in the maxim photos that are out this month – quite a bit thinner than in ‘big love’
so in terms of that, you can tell shes been on some sort of drastic diet. she looks great either way.
Wow she looks like a ghost!! She needs some self tanner lol.
a) she looks stunning. I’ve always thought she was one of the most beautiful young actresses in hollywood.
b) love the honesty, makes her sound infinitely more human than the actresses who just brush it off and say ‘oh im just effortlessly skinny you know!!’ despite obvious weight loss.
c) to those of you who are saying ‘oh you’re not even that skinny’
you have missed the point and probably need to seek help and lay off the thinspo websites.
The comments on this page are completely delusional. She is obviously a lot thinner than average or compared to her earlier days. She has been around for a while yeah, but just recently has become really big… I’d watch her drop even more weight in the next few months.. happens to most of them remember anne Hathaway. Also if these pictures make it hard to see her figure check out the rest of the pictures in Esquire (where the article is from). Anyways think she looks great, and is actually a talented actress.
especially for the way she looks in big love, i always thought she looked like a normal figured girl. i wouldnt think that she was an actress that starved herself or ate a very restrictive diet. that kinda sucks for her. after putting yourself through that crappy diet you still look average for hollywood…….bummer.
@brittney – thank you.
She’s thin. She looks like a normal, thin girl. I really can’t see why everyone is so tough on what she said.
Eating just spinach – probably quite a lot of it, considering that and seeds are all she had – sounds a little quirky, but is it really that different than the bobbleheads who eat nothing but salads or fruit? It seems like it’s because she used the word “rawism” that people are all up in arms. What if she’d said “I eat healthily and in moderation?” and named the same foods? Would that have been such a terrible example to set for young girls?
I think it’s definately refreshing that she admits to the pressure of Hollywood instead of saying she eat loads like some other actresses claim when its obviously not true.
I would say that she is quite thin compared to a couple of years ago, for example when she was in Veronica Mars she was definately carrying a lot more weight than she is now. So i think when she says ‘there’s no way I would be this thin’ she probably means thin for her not the hollywood definition of ‘thin’.
Kudos to her for speaking the truth! Everyone has a natural body type, and I’m sure she was doing the raw foods diet to try and quickly shed a few (more) pounds. Quit jumping down her throat for not being super skinny, she’s thin (enough to get roles, which is good, since she’s a good actress, more so than many many of the subjects on this site) PLUS she still has boobs. Congrats.
love her…but a spinach salad w/ seeds…that’s it? eff that
How sad that she feels that she basically has to starve herself in order to keep working. Cause just spinach and seeds = not enough food!
spinach is gross. She must be pretty stupid, at least food-wise.
I think Amanda has always looked stunning.
As for her diet, what she eats is her business. I can’t imagine the pressure any young actress must be under to fit into someone else’s idea of perfection.
I read many of these comments with heartache that women are tearing other women down so cattily. I suppose that is the nature of a weight site, though.
I will say this. If she had said she loves her raw food diet and it’s sooooo healthy and she was soooo satisfied with her spinach and nut lunch; many of you would have commended her rather that said she was a poor role model for stating her true thoughts on the diet.
I’m guessing she is one of those people who restrict/diet for two weeks and then break it with a huge binge for a few days and go back to restricting/dieting for another two weeks. Because if she was consistently eating only spinach & seeds, she’d be emaciated. She has to be breaking it up with binging episodes, which causes her to maintain her slim weight. I’d guess right now she probably has a BMI of 19.5 – 20.0, which is thin but still healthy/normal.
I think that when she said “this thin” she meant “this is MY thinnest self” rather than “I’m REALLY thin”. Love the fact she told the truth, but I’d feel happier if she had worn a bra.
“If I didn’t run and work out, there’s no way I would be this thin”- to me she just meant to compare her body to what it could be without exercise and diet, simply put, her body would get bigger = no roles. Now is “this thin” = roles. She’s talking about her own body, not about how thick/thin it is compared to other celebrities.
Actually, she is thin. And anyone who says she isnt is absolutely ridiculous.
Second, I love this girl! Plus, she’s an honest celebrity for once. None of this “oh, I never go to the gym, and I’m lways stuffing my face [YET I'M EMACIATED]” BS. She speaks the truth; she eats a restricted diet because she knows she wouldnt get as many roles other wise. Plain and simple, thats how Hollywood is these days, and she’s not afraid to say it. Although I dont agree with the way that operates at all, I’m sure in that situation I would give in to that pressure as well. It is their jobs after all.
At least she’s honest.
Nothing hate more than the ‘I eat whatever I want!’ ‘I’m naturally thin!’ crap.
yep yep. I agree with the two people who posted before me (Valentina/chels). I read it as “i wouldn’t be this thin if i didn’t have to be”. it is however pretty funny to watch people freak out about someone referring to themselves as “thin”.
raw food doesnt garuantee weight loss, and so much more that i could say on that. anyway, people are right in saying shes not that thin, but shes maybe meant to be bigger than she is. shes right that its fucked up. I must admit, i too am probably fucked because i dont really like her body, but her face is magnificant, shes so feline, and cat-like.
I love her! She is so, so beautiful, honest, and has once of the best female singing voices I have ever heard.
She could have said she would be a lot heavier if she didn’t eat the way she does, that way she wouldn’t have set herself up for criticism. Anyway I admire that she can stick to a ‘raw food diet’, I couldn’t.
Excuse her for not even being “THAT skinny”. She was probably trying to say that if she wasn’t following a specific diet, she wouldn’t even be as skinny as she is now. And yes, she is thin. Dear Jesus Christ.
Very revealing. That lifestyle has gotta suck majorly. She looks great though.
She is very pretty. I like the fact that she is honest about her weight. No one in the industry is naturally thin. Some work there butts off, others starve and other opt the real lazy route of plastic surgery.
What a gorgeous girl! I’m glad I don’t have to be so extreme to maintain my weight or I’d probably be a lot heavier. I’m amazed she has that kind of commitment to health. Thinspiration! I love when people are disciplined in a reasonable way (I’m saying this assuming she eats more than spinach salads with seeds for every meal since she looks healthy).
she is giving a bad name to the raw food diet. That is not a raw food diet, that is a starvation diet. Most raw foodists eat over 2000 calories a day, I know because I am one.
She is beautiful and very thin! I think she is so lovely!
I don’t know what some of you are talking about, but this is a thin girl! Look at pics of her in Mean Girls…she easily had the skinniest legs of the 4 main girls. I commend her for being honest about how hard it is to be thin rather than saying how she’s just naturally like that.
What a gorgeous face! Stunning.
Also, I love the blue dress on her. The color is perfect for her coloring.
Additionally, I like how she has her natural, pale skin. No fake tan. She is fair and pretty — porcelain.
My only complaint is that she needs a bra (I agree with poster above). Her breasts are registering through the dress, and it’s unflattering. JMHO.
I usually find amanda gorgeous but here I have to say no
I don’t like the outfit
the dress makes her boobs look flubby
the hairdo doesn’t make her justice
she needs to work on her arms to tone them
and I hope she doesn’t get skinny because she’s fine like this
I even preferred her at the mean-girls weight
Kind of just lost me as a fan. Two thumbs DOWN!
How can anyone say this girl isn’t “thin?” I wonder what standards you’re comparing women’s weight to. However, she’s always had one problem area and that’s the fat on her upper arms. It always makes her look bigger in interviews and pictures if you doesn’t hold her arms right, or wear the right dresses/clothes
I find it an ironic thing about some of these people’s post is that when a very thin celebrity is dishonest about their weight and says, “well I eat whatever I want–any time of the day,” we all bash them for the unreality of that comment. Yet, when someone is bluntly realistic, all of a sudden they should “shut up” and think about what they say?
Also, “there is no doubt in my mind that I would have tried to do what she’s doing and quite possibly messed up my life beyond repair.” Since when was eating raw vegetables something that would ruin your body? She probably was allowed to eat all the spinach wanted, since it’s virtually calorie free. Let’s be realistic here, saying you can eat anything you want and look like Miranda Kerr will be a far greater risk of ruining your body than eating raw vegetables.
I think instead of simply observing Hollywood from a realistic point of view, some of us have been sucked into it’s standards.
she’s doin it wrong-if she’s just eating spinach. i did strict raw for a while and currently do a lot of raw stuff. you can make LOTS of different things that take yummy too.
i might suggest she tries another healthy diet if she dislikes raw-it will only backfire. 02 diet!!
It’s sad that she has to be thinner than natural weight to get work. I see a lot of too-thin women in films and I wonder who is insisting they look this way? I just saw Rachel McAdam’s backbone in The Time Traveler’s Wife and it was protruding, as were her ribs. It’s definitely a strange trend. In time being too-thin will go out of style. I think Amanda looks better in her heavier Mean Girls days.
Also disturbing in the comments is the insistence that celebrities not talk about their dietary and exercise habits as to not trigger eating disorders. Really? You seriously are blaming other people for your mental health issues? At some point it becomes ridiculous. If you’re vulnerable, perhaps reading diet articles and visiting websites dedicated to celebrity’s weight is something you have the responsibility to avoid!
Her eyes are stunning! And I love her figure!:D
A natural beauty indeed.
The common misconception about the raw LIFESTYLE is that it immediately equals super thin, and that’s not the case with many raw foodists. They are thin for sure, most of them, but they are in the normal range of thin….slightly bigger than average by Hollywood standards. If you eat like you should and exercise like you should (not over doing it) you’re body will be relatively average, something that is unacceptable by Holywood as they want their girls ultra emaciated. And if you are informed, the raw food diet is not restrictive. Seyfried is doing it for the weight benefits, but it’s obviously she’s not approaching it holistically. Raw is a lifestyle, not a crash diet.
At last a girl who is honest about her eating habits, and she’s still sort of criticized and called “not really all that thin”. Should she give up eating all together? Women everywhere should boycot media that force professionals like her to starve themselves for work. With a fuller figure, she wouldn’t be less talented.
Shes prbly on a really low calorie diet so her metabolism has slowed down, if she would eat more it would speed up and she would still be thin imo. Im glad she was honest about her diet and the pressure to be thin. This shows the ugly side of hollywood that everyone else tries to hide!
i liked her heavier..but lately she does seem to get more roles, and is thinner.is there a connection? Because that is really sad.
she’s not even skinny…she’d be huge if she ate normal
I’m a raw foodist and I agree, Amanda has really given us a bad name. I would never eat only spinach and seeds for lunch — I would have no energy and would end up bingeing on unhealthy food. I don’t want to rant here, but raw foodists have a varied, nutritious diet and don’t deprive themselves. For example, today I ate (raw vegan) “cheesecake”.
She’s lost me as a fan. Her comments were very irresponsible considering she is a role model to many teenage girls. Now they’ll all be starving themselves on spinach and seeds.
Oh c’mon people, she’s THAT thin to her own self, and please stop saying she’s not skinny and isn’t allowed to use the word ‘that’ about her shape lol)
Cute and petite to me
She never talk bout her health in interviews so I don’t think she cares about it. One thing is keeping yourself in good shape because your health needs it, other thing is keeping yourself thin because some people without medical knowledge asked you to.
Amanda isn’t thin.
I think it’s an awful thing to follow studpid diets. Just eat healthy food and do the right physical exercises that’s enough.
uh,, no
she messed her face,, now she looking older !!
i love her full baby face ,,in mean girls she looked young & stuning
Just because she isn’t “that skinny” doesn’t mean it doesn’t take her a great deal of effort to stay the size that she is. Some people are not naturally thin, and some people are. Jeez. It’s not that hard to understand, is it? Some people have to restrict their diets just to be relatively small.
I have a hard time believing she’s only eating spinach / raw foods, is still exercising a lot & isn’t stick thin.
what’s she b****ing about? she’s not even that thin.. think how hard it must be then for people like Renee, Vicky Beckham, Giuliana Rancic, etc.. EVERYONE needs to exercise regularly as they get older.
Eating just spinach and some nuts for lunch to me… seems extremely unhealthy and extreme. I appreciate her honesty, but it seems a little irresponsible at the same time. This isn’t an ok way to eat. There are still ways to eat raw and loose weight and still get enough calories to nourish your body.
I’m not sure sure how I feel about her anymore… she seems to think a little highly of herself, and isn’t as down to earth as I thought.
lolz, anyone who says they ate only spinach and seeds for a meal is making a cry for food service, not just a cry for help.
It’s okay Amanda, we’ll send you a raw cheeseburger.
Or, you know, just eat something else for lunch.
And btw, it’s not that crazy to say you have to put a lot of effort into your appearance in order to have/keep a job. Everyone has that pressure to a greater or lesser degree – and everyone had the choice to change jobs. Not that she can’t say it, of course, just that it seems a bit redundant to say it. Though I think her comments are due to lack of thought not lack of sincerity. It’s early days in her career.
This girl is awesome and gorgeous. Kudos to her for being honest.
did you see mean girls? this girls body type is not that of a thin girl. clearly she has to distort her eating habits to keep up with hollywood, it’s a good thing she knows it’s messed up. not everyone is programmed to be super skinny. again it’s a double standard because some girls who are naturally thin are criticized for being anorexic which isn’t fair either. just throwing this out there
Wow, I’m really impressed. She’s so honest about it! It’s frustrating when celebs say “I eat sooo much and don’t exercise.” It’s statements like hers that will raise awareness of how “f***ed” up it is that people have to go through with that to get roles.
RAW FOODISTS UNITE!!
Argh, this is why I have a love-hate relationship with this site: all you crazy people yelling “OMG fatty!” or comments like this “She’s not even thin…” crap. Are you delusional or something? She’s obviously not, ya know, Lara Flynn Boyle, but she’s fairly small and fairly thin. At least she’s honest about what extremes actresses go to in order to be “the right size” by Hollywood standards. Ugh, the self-righteousness of some people is amazing to me!!
something about her i dont like! i just dont no wot it is
i liked how honest she is about her efforts and completely understand, our genes are different and each one of us needs different methods of keeping in shape and healthy. so for mean people, i suggest go and read about thrifty phenotype.
Some of these comments are unbelieveable!
I agree with many others when they say she is talking in terms of “this is thin for myself”. Hell, she is thin by anyone’s standards!
Instead of hiding behind anonymous posts why don’t we all post photographs of ourselves? I think that would shut most people up.
Unbelieveable.
I think she looks wonderful. Slim, beautiful skin, glowing.
I love the raw food diet too! Hopefully she will soon discover that there’s tons of things to eat. Hire yourself a chef or take some classes or find a raw food restaurant near you, girl! What the heck….no one should be eating just spinach. Unless maybe you’re Popeye….;)
It sounds miserable and demoralizing. She should be feasting on all kinds of things.
I respect her so much, mostly because her words have a certain level of authenticity to them. I believe what she is saying, its not being spun or falsely represented. Also, I don’t think what she is saying is so bad. Basically she is saying that she has to sacrifice a lot of pleasure (good food, greater freedom from body criticism) to be an actress. Shes not saying, like so many celebs, I lost weight and now I am happy happy happy and all my problems are solved.
I love that she’s admitting that it IS hard work for her. I know some people are naturally skinny, but the amount of celebrities who are just ooh yeh i eat whatever i like and i just don’t gain weight! Pft. they can’t all be like that. It’s nice to hear some honesty.
cute!
She was so beautiful in Veronica Mars with a couple of extra pounds!! She looks very pretty now though. I love the fact that she admits that she is not a natural skinny girl and is open about all the preasure she has to be thin. She must not be skinny as Victoria Beckham but she’s looking really thin lately.
this is BS. u dont have to eat veggies to stay thin. i weight between 99 and 100 pounds, im 5′8 and i eat TONS of MUFAs, chicken, very very low carb, sushi and a weekly cheat meal. i train every night and run 2x a week after lunch. having a lunch of spinich and seeds is not only starvation, but stupid. your body cant live off that. then, u get so hungry, u end up eating more. i love this girl but some people really need to konw the correct way to eat. this is not palatable to anyone.
5′8 and 100 lbs? You’re the last person anyone should be taking tips on their looks from.
ummm jeeze i totaly understood what amanda meant…so many of you have such high expectations for these woman and yourselves…i bet in person she is a stick they all are sticks in that industry you have to work out constantly and diet and i like what she said and i think it was really down to earth she is becoming one of my favorite young ladies out there.
she is beautiful looks flawlesss and i would think she wouldn’t have to do a thing…so it surprised me when i read that. i think the point she was making was i wish i could just eat whatever i want but i can’t and it sucks. i like her.
i guess she should just stop eating all together cuz clearly she is “not all that thin enough”
i think she is absolutely stunning.
i don’t understand how people can say she isn’t
that thin either. she’s quite skinny, see “dear john” — her legs are tiny.
she is fine here.
oh, and its possible to be 5/8 and 100 pounds. to the girl who says “that is the last person to be giving diet advice” must be seriously jealous. get over urself.
@Chrissy: 5′ 8″ at 100 pounds is an unhealthily underweight BMI of 15.2. Rose did not meant that it’s an impossible weight to be; Rose meant that someone at 15.2 BMI is the last person who should be handing out “diet advice.” It’s juvenile to call someone “jealous” just because they oppose somebody else, so, please, you “get over yourself.”
raw food gets such a bad rep from things like this. Spinach with seeds? She’s not following a real raw food diet, just barely eating. I made raw tacos the other night that were delicious. I just wish people would give food a chance. You don’t have to subsist on diet coke and sugar free jello to be skinny.
i agree with TinaSparkle
she’s very slim and seems in good shape. and i think what she means it that she wouldnt be the size she is if she wasn’doing the above things. she isn’t trying to say she’s super skinny. she looks great. i think think she’s just under “normal” slim. that dress is a bit puffy but she still looks slim in it and on big love
ahhh what a breath of fresh honest air.
She has an amazing body and has earned every inch of it!!
If she starts to wither away… she can never say she naturally has a fast metabolism .. or put it down to genetics like most celebrities do!!! We know what your doing!!!
Yesterday … i heard pamela anderson say she never ever works out!! B#*H PLEASE!!! only thing that giggles on her is her loose flaps. LMAO
